As America faces a two-front war and economic fragility, another peril looms on the horizon that threatens the honor and integrity of one of our nation’s most important institutions: our Armed Forces. President Obama promised in his January 27, 2010 State of the Union Address that he would work with Congress and the military to overthrow the current law that excludes homosexuals from the military.[1] A Moral Revolution This move cannot be considered in a vacuum. To understand fully its significance, it must be seen in light of a decades-old homosexual movement that strives to uproot the very foundations of our morality. Thus, homosexual activist Paul Varnell, writing in the Chicago Free Press, affirmed: “The gay movement is not a civil rights movement but a moral revolution aimed at changing people's view of homosexuality.”[2] Indeed, the significance of overthrowing the military’s prohibition on homosexuality is well understood by the movement’s leaders. Thus, Thomas Stoddard, former executive director of Lambda Legal, admitted: “This is not a fight about the military. William Kristol was correct when he called it the “one major American institution [that] retains citizens’ faith.”[5] Thus, were homosexuals allowed to serve, it would resound throughout all our nation’s institutions. That is one of the many reasons why our military must be defended from ideologues who would sacrifice its effectiveness and honor on the altar of unrestrained license, even at a time when national and global security rests on its successful campaign against terrorism. Exacerbating this danger, many pundits cloud the issue by parroting the homosexual movement’s sophistry. Thus, it is worthwhile to take a closer look at some of the main arguments used to support repeal of the ban. Do Homosexuals Have a Right to Serve? One sophism claims that homosexuals have a right to serve in our Armed Forces. Proponents of this notion often label the current law discriminatory. They compare lifting of the ban to President Truman’s 1948 executive order that desegregated our nation’s military. However, such claims are baseless. First, there is no constitutional “right” to serve in the Armed Forces, nor could there be such a right. Because of its fighting purpose, the military is necessarily a discriminating organization that revokes membership on the basis of age, height, physical infirmity and many other causes. Obviously, these forms of discrimination would not be accepted in civilian society. Similarly, violations of morality such as lying and adultery can result in court-martial. The Catholic Medical Association Refutes the Myth that Homosexuality is Genetic “A number of researchers have sought to find a biological cause for same-sexual attraction. The media have promoted the idea that a “gay gene” has already been discovered… but, in spite of several attempts, none of the much-publicized studies… has been scientifically replicated. A number of authors have carefully reviewed these studies and have found that not only do the studies not prove the genetic basis for same-sex attraction; the reports do not even contain such claims… “If same-sex attraction were genetically determined, then one would expect identical twins to be identical in their sexual attractions. Additionally, there is no comparison to be made between President Truman’s desegregation of the military and lifting the ban on homosexuals in our Armed Forces. Homosexual behavior is a moral, not a racial issue. It is a personal choice of lifestyle. Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Colin Powell affirmed this,[6] stating: “Skin color is a benign non-behavioral characteristic. Sexual orientation is perhaps the most profound of human behavioral characteristics. Comparison of the two is a convenient but invalid argument.”[7] Indeed, current law is not based on who homosexuals claim to be, but on what they do. Would the Presence of Open Homosexuals Harm Unit Cohesion? Another argument claims that the presence of open homosexuals would not harm unit cohesion. Those making this claim state that unit cohesion was unaffected in England, Canada and elsewhere when these nations allowed homosexuals to serve. First of all, it must be noted that these countries are not the United States. Neither Canada nor England has the military commitments or capabilities we do[8] and both have a markedly more liberal view of homosexuality. Indeed, many members of Britain’s Conservative Party, including their leader David Cameron, approve of homosexual adoption and same-sex unions.[9] In America, things are different, even more so on our bases. As Colonel David Bedey wrote: “It is an undeniable fact…that military communities are bastions of traditional values.”[10] This is important to consider because shared values are necessary to unit cohesion. According to Commander of the Army Research Institute William Darryl Henderson: “Common attitudes, values and beliefs among members of a unit promote cohesion…some observers contend that similarities of attitudes contribute to group cohesion more than any other single factor.”[11] Vietnam War hero Colonel John Ripley testified before the House Armed Services Committee that allowing homosexuals to serve would also break down unit trust. Allowing homosexuals to serve would also break down unit trust, a necessary foundation for cohesion. Vietnam War hero Colonel John Ripley explained this in testimony delivered on May 4, 1993 before the House Armed Services Committee, saying: “No one can trust a leader nor can a leader trust a subordinate if he thinks there are sexual feelings just underneath the surface. It makes no difference if the individual is suppressing those feelings. It makes trust virtually impossible.”[12] Common sense reinforces what Colonel Ripley affirmed. As current law points out, military society is necessarily “characterized by forced intimacy with little or no privacy.”[13] In turn, this leads to high levels of stress. The effect of adding sexual tension to the mix need only be imagined. Perhaps that is one reason why America’s two most prominent veterans groups, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion, whose combined membership exceeds 4 million, have both come out against repeal of the ban.[14] Also, during wartime, men are in continual contact with each other’s blood. Therefore, the well documented increased disease rates of homosexuals would cause them to be perceived as a risk rather than an asset to unit survival. This increased disease rate should not be underestimated. As Colonel Ronald Ray pointed out: “Despite the fact that they account for less than 2 percent of the total American population, a compilation of recent health studies shows that homosexuals account for 80 percent of America’s most serious sexually transmitted diseases.”[15] This increased disease rate has led some to refer to the homosexual lifestyle as a “deathstyle.” Inclusion of this deathstyle in our Armed Forces is a dangerous proposition, indeed. With these factors in mind, it is simply impossible to suggest that openly serving homosexuals would not damage unit cohesion. Current law and many officers corroborate this affirmation. General H. Norman Schwarzkopf Among them is General Norman Schwarzkopf, who affirmed: “…in my years of military service, I’ve experienced the fact that the introduction of an open homosexual into a small unit immediately polarizes that unit and destroys the very bonding that is so important for the unit's survival in time of war.”[16] Last, the current law, which was passed with a veto-proof majority in both houses of a Democrat-led Congress, states: “The armed forces must maintain personnel policies that exclude persons whose presence…would create an unacceptable risk to the armed forces' high standards of morale, good order and discipline, and unit cohesion that are the essence of military capability.”[17] At a Time of War, Can We Afford to Lose Capable Servicemen? Opponents of current law also claim that we cannot afford to expel any trained personnel during our present military engagements. In this line, the media often claim that over 300 language experts, including over 50 fluent Arabic speakers, have been discharged from the military under the current law. These claims are based on exaggerated and misrepresented information. In her July 23, 2008 testimony before the House Armed Services Committee, Elaine Donnelly, president and founder of the Center for Military Readiness, noted that 9,501 homosexuals were discharged from our military in the 11 years between 1993-2004, a yearly average of 864.[18] While this may seem like a lot, it is relatively few compared with the number of servicemen who were dismissed for other reasons. For example: 36,513 enlisted personnel were removed during the same time period for having gained too much weight, 26,446 were removed for becoming pregnant and an additional 20,527 for parenthood, while nearly 60,000 were removed for drug use.[19] If we were to stop removing homosexuals from our Armed Forces, how could we continue to dismiss those whose only offense is having too hearty an appetite? Furthermore, if we concede to lower standards for the sake of quantity, where will we next draw the line? Also, claims that 300 language “experts,” and over 50 “fluent” Arabic speakers have been discharged from our military because of their homosexuality is based on a 2005 Government Accountability Office (GAO) study. However, the GAO document clearly states: “Relatively few of these separated servicemembers had proficiency scores in listening to, reading, or speaking…that were above the midpoint on DOD’s language proficiency scales.” Among the 54 “fluent” Arabic speakers, only 20 had recorded scores, of which none scored above midpoint for speaking proficiency. Furthermore, 59% of these discharged language “experts” had served for two and a half years or less.[20] Furthermore, we must consider the loss of manpower that would result from lifting the ban. There is convincing evidence to show that these losses would greatly outweigh the number of homosexuals removed under current law. A 2008 survey done by the Military Times showed that nearly 10% of respondents claimed they would “not re-enlist or extend” their service if the homosexual prohibition were lifted, while an additional 14% reported that they would “consider not re-enlisting or extending” their military careers.[21] According to a 2008 Military Times survey, nearly 10% claimed they would "not re-enlist or extend" their service if the homosexual prohibition were lifted. These numbers are astounding considering that there are currently around 200,000 active duty Marines.[22] Similarly, a 2006 Zogby poll showed that 10% of those who had served in the last 14 years would probably not have even enlisted had there been open homosexuals serving. An additional 13% were undecided.[23] Therefore, if we are concerned about diminishing our ranks at this critical moment, we must maintain, not lift, the ban on homosexuals in the military. Over 1,100 Flag and General Officers Support the Ban In addition to all the practical arguments we make in favor of current law, there is a voice of experience that speaks more loudly than ours. It is that of our military leadership whose years of service at the highest levels of command have given them the wisdom to understand the issue and all of its implications. That is why Congress should heed a statement signed by 1,152 retired flag and general officers, strongly urging them and President Obama to uphold the ban on homosexuals in our military.[24] Their statement is as urgent as it is unequivocal and includes the following passage: Our past experience as military leaders leads us to be greatly concerned about the impact of repeal [of the ban] in morale, discipline, unit cohesion, and overall military readiness. We believe that imposing this burden…would undermine recruiting and retention, impact leadership at all echelons… and eventually break the All-Volunteer Force…As a matter of national security, we urge you to support the 1993 law regarding homosexuals in the military (Section 654, Title 10), and to oppose any legislative, judicial, or administrative effort to repeal or invalidate the law.[25] The signatories of this message include 51 four-star officers, our nation’s highest peacetime rank. And to Keep Our Honor Clean… These practical arguments are helpful, but they do not constitute the most important component of the issue. The core of the matter touches on a higher reality in which the very identity of the American soldier is at stake. To be successful, a military must incorporate two seemingly incompatible values. On one hand, it must enforce the highest moral principles of discipline, valor and uprightness and simultaneously inculcate the desire to destroy the adversary. Indeed, the very existence of the military proclaims that evil exists and, at times, must be confronted. It represents the strength of truth and uprightness and is a symbol of that species of good that fearlessly defies wickedness. Thus, a successful military must operate in an atmosphere in which good and evil are clearly defined and relativism has no place. The military also personifies self-sacrifice. As the great Catholic thinker, Plinio Corrêa de Oliveira, wrote, the military profession proclaims “the existence of values worth more than life itself and for which one must be willing to die.”[26] The Medal of Honor is the nation's highest military award, given only to those who go beyond the call of duty at the risk of their own lives. It is these values of uprightness, self-sacrifice and strength that project the military into a superior order of things. In a word, they confer an honor upon it, which is so identified with the archetype of the American soldier that our nation’s highest military decoration is called the Medal of Honor. However, homosexual vice represents the opposite of this military honor. It violates natural law, epitomizes the unleashing of man’s unruly passions, undermines self-discipline and has been defined as “intrinsically evil” by the Magisterium of the Catholic Church on numerous occasions.[27] That is why, in order to advance, the homosexual movement must blur the distinctions between virtue and vice; truth and error; good and evil. If this vice is imposed on our Armed Forces, it will necessarily bring this relativistic spirit with it. In turn, this mentality would undermine the direct and straightforward mindset, so necessary to the military.[28] It would sully the honor of all who serve and weaken society’s notion of the incompatibility between good and evil, so well represented by our Armed Forces. In this light, we understand why homosexual ideologues doggedly insist on effecting this transformation within our military. However, it also gives us powerful motives to resist their plans. We must urge Congress to block any efforts to overthrow current law and insist on the ban’s continued strict enforcement. Colonel Ripley well understood the dangers of abandoning our current law in this respect. That is why he finished his 1993 testimony to the House Armed Services Committee beseeching Congress to maintain the ban on homosexuals serving in the military in the following moving words: “I implore you, as an American and as a Marine who has fought for his country and loves his Corps and country more than life itself, not to lead us into this ambush from which we can never recover.”[29] On his behalf, we should derive encouragement from the words of the Marines’ Hymn that apply to all the branches of our military as they confront this perilous issue: “We fight our country’s battles In the air, on land and sea; First to fight for right and freedom And to keep our honor clean…” The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property February 11, 2010 Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes

1) There is a huge market for “gay” military porn because lots of homosexual men are turned on by “straight-acting,” “macho” (masculine) men. I realize it’s a sick comparison, but just as many women like a “man in uniform,” so do homosexual men. On Jan. 29, 2010, a Google search on the three words “gay military porn” (no quote marks) yielded “about 1,300,000″ entries. “Gay Military Porn” (in quote marks) yielded 34,300 entries. This is a huge (and very twisted) business, and obviously the demand is high among men with a homosexual problem.

The last thing our fighting men and women need is to have the military floodgates opened up for homosexual men and lesbians to join as open practitioners of homosexuality. That would put men who are sexually attracted to men, and women to women, in tight bunking situations, showers, etc., with servicemembers of the same sex. Remember: homosexuality is not an “identity” issue (sorry, Warren Throckmorton) or a “civil rights” issue; it’s a BEHAVIORIAL issue, and welcoming in men and women who are tempted to practice – or inclined to practice — disordered same-sex behavior is wrong and detrimental to the morale, effectiveness and readiness of our Armed Forces.

Of course, there is a huge straight pornography problem, too, of course. But men do not bunk and shower with women in the Armed Forces (except married couples). The sexes are segregated. [And then there is this peculiar logic by a homosexual activist, Dale Carpenter, who argues that allowing open homosexuality in the military would help identify the “gay” soldiers — making it harder for them to leer at naked straight soldiers! “Under present policy, the straight soldier doesn’t know who might be leering at him in the shower. So he has to wonder about everybody — hardly a reassuring prospect,” Carpenter writes. “Under a policy of openness, he’ll have a better idea who might find some of his 2,000 body parts especially appealing. Thus, he can take whatever modest precautions are available to minimize his exposure.” How absurd. To even discuss such folly in a time of war is a needless distraction — and showering/privacy issues are just one of the many problems caused by homosexualizing the military.

2) Read the second to last sentence of the Fox story below: “The military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy states that “homosexual orientation alone is not a bar to service, but homosexual conduct is incompatible with military service.” What kind of a nonsensical policy encourages “homosexuals” to join the armed forces but then bars homosexual conduct? This is a triumph of “gay” activists’ “sexual orientation” ideology — skewing the debate toward “civil rights” and away from aberrant behavior. And it is very bad public policy. As Elaine Donnelly of the Center for Military Readiness constantly reminds anyone who will listen, “Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell” is NOT the law of the land, but rather a political compromise driven by a previous president”s (Bill Clinton’s) desire to pander to homosexual activists. We must go back to following the actual law passed by Congress, which bars homosexuals from serving. But that can only happen after the Obama presidency is over. Meanwhile, we must resist Obama’s plan to homosexualize and politicize our Armed Services.

Army Paratrooper Pleads Guilty in Gay Porn Case

FORT BRAGG, N.C. — An Army paratrooper pleaded guilty Thursday to engaging in sex acts on a military-themed gay pornographic Web site and was sentenced to prison.

Pfc. Richard T. Ashley, one of seven members of the 82nd Airborne Division charged with appearing on the site, pleaded guilty to sodomy, conduct detrimental to the Army and the unit, and drug use.

He was sentenced to 90 days in prison, but was given 15 days credit. Ashley also was demoted to private, will receive a bad conduct discharge and will lose two-thirds of his pay.

“I’ve embarrassed the entire Army, my country and most of all, dishonored God,” Ashley said during the hearing.

Pfc. Wesley K. Mitten and Pvt. Kagen B. Mullen were charged with pandering, sodomy and conduct detrimental to the Army and the unit. Mitten and Mullen, who also faces adultery charges, have pleaded not guilty.

When I was in the military in the 70's, the push to admit niggers (goblins) and wetbacks (trolls) was already beginning. Though their numbers were still relatively small due to the fact that they were waaay too stupid to pass the entrance exams. They've lowered the standards three times since then in order to squeeze them in. Now most muds in the military are functionally illiterate, unskilled, and unable to be taught, and have extensive criminal records. The white servicemen are forced, many times by direct order, to take up the slack for them.

My eldest sons' most bitter complaint about the military has always been this fact. He says that forced integration is causing the re-enlistment problem the Services are suffering because the white troops all quickly get a belly full of darkie laziness and corruption in the ranks. Most can't wait to get out. My son intended to make a career out of the military, but he told me he was forced to leave because he feared he would snap one day and kill a bunch of them. He told me that a great many have the same fear. They know they'd be crucified by the liberals if they did. Their only option was to leave the Service.

Darkies love it however. Where else can they get great pay, free meals, medical, dental, and housing, have all their chimplets paid for, order all the whites around and force them to do all your work for you? Even as far back as the 70's, niggers were promoted on the fast track to appease the liberals, Jews, and the NAACP. They were given some of the most excessive and ridiculous waivers I'd ever seen. A buck could make Master Sergeant by the time a white made Corporal. Consequently this put a ton of goblins in charge of all the white departments, where abuses ran wild.

I remember coming in the office one day to get a report sheet and seeing a dozen coons all gathered together under the air conditioner, shooting craps and oogabooging loudly. One of them looked up from the game long enough to shout, "Get to work white boy!" All the goblins busted up and started clacking their elbows and slapping their hands together in congratulation for a spiffy jab at whitey. They loved rubbing it in. Not a single goblin ever did any work. Instead it was all foisted off on the whites, though the credit was always given to the coons (deliberately to please the liberal propagandists). Whites were harassed, robbed, and even ganged up on and stomped in isolated locations for resisting or saying anything about the "system". In turn, the bucks would sneer and laugh at us for getting our butts in a sling for trying to put a stop to this evil. They'd won, and they knew it.

Since then there have been thousands of documented rape and molestation cases in as many foreign ports by the goblins and trolls, yet only a very small percentage are ever prosecuted. Most of the time the victims and their families are bought off by the government to keep the bad publicity out of the news. Trolls are just as bad, but in a different way. They steal. They are the military's biggest problem when it comes to "lost" equipment.

I personally had my locker broken into while off on assignment, and they cleaned me out of over a thousand dollars worth of dress uniforms and coats. These are sold to illegals so they can gain entrance to the bases and steal. Food is especially targeted, especially meat. There were many times when the day's menu was changed because a large shipment of meat came up "missing". Our captain was a savvy guy however, and he found a quick and easy way to put a stop to it on our particular ship, though most other commanders didn't have the sand to copy him (mind you, this was while we were in port. At sea they couldn't get to us). He started storing the bodies of the dead down in the refrigerated meat lockers (many ships transported dead servicemen to various ports for shipment home at that time, because of the refrigeration needed). He knew that muds, regardless of the shade, are extremely superstitious. They are universally terrified of the dead (must be a guilty conscience because they all know they're Hell-bound).

He pulled most of the lighting out as well, making the large freezer room a dark, creepy, cold, and foreboding dungeon of the dead. I'll never forget the time I was ordered to supervise a working party assigned to haul up several hundred pounds of steak for the nights' meal. One particularly black goblin was fine..until he spied several corpses lying in front of the meat in question. His eyes bulged out of his head so far that they looked like two soft-boiled eggs stuck in a black bowling ball. He turned and looked at me, just a "Boo!" away from shitting his pants and said, "Aaah ain't' a goin' in deeah boss! Nozzuh! Ah sho' ain't'! Dat place be fulla spooks an' zombies!" And he turned and beat feet up the stairs as fast as his long, African legs could carry him. I put him on report of course, but it was placed in "file 13" because he was black. I came within an ace of losing half the detail that time. I finally walked over to one of the dead and shook him and said. "See? I didn't get eat! The poor guy is dead, not a ghost. Now get yer asses to work!" They reluctantly did as they were ordered, though they all continued to eye the dead with apprehension, fully expecting one of them to jump up and gobble them down at any second. Muds... Damn! At least the thefts stopped.....lol.

The main trouble with placing these genetic deficients in the military is that they lack the intelligence and morals to be good soldiers and sailors. They're all lazy, dishonest, extremely stupid, selfish and aggressive, with no loyalty to anything but themselves. The liberals never miss a chance to trump up some minor incident involving a mud into some major heroic deed, showering them with medals and praise, twisting the truth into something totally unrecognizable, while the countless acts of criminal behavior are immediately swept under the rug to further their political agenda of perpetuating the Great Lie. Many foreign governments have banned niggers and wetback servicemen from visiting their ports because of the high number of thefts, rapes, and murders they commit whenever they arrive. Consequently the Navy Dept. ordered many of the ships not to even stop there, since only the whites were welcome. After all, it went completely against the liberal equality propaganda. It would never do to admit that whites were their superiors and that they were animals, unfit for civilized society.

Any parent that doesn't stop their child from joining any branch of today's military doesn't deserve to be a parent. Kids are stupid by nature. They're kids..they're supposed to be stupid! It's our job to think for them until they get enough sense to make sound decisions on their own that aren't based on emotion, hormones, or sheer stupidity. I refuse to have any child of mine risk his life defending a bunch of lowlife faggots, Jews, liberals, feminist bitches, wetbacks, niggers, and various other uninvited invaders and lowlifes. The sooner this system collapses, the better. It will jerk away the protective shield of our liberal government, making the evil among us vulnerable to our justice for the first time. I can't wait...

Until we destroy the liberal influence in this country and re-segregate our military, these problems are only going to intensify as more and more muds are recruited to fill the holes left by disgusted whites that have left the Service.

What the government flat refuses to acknowledge is the fact that whites can't stand muds of any type and do NOT want to live anywhere near them. This is what the liberal government glibly calls "white flight". Funny how they never discuss why this flight is taking place. This fact helps a great deal in keeping the number of parasites to a minimum up there, though not all...

There have been quite a number if incidents where a family of wetbacks or goblins attempted to come in and get a foothold in some of the small Northwestern communities anyway, so they could prey on whitey and his daughters, and sell drugs to his kids, and generally corrupt what's left of the white culture. This has always led to the immediate and in many cases, bloody removal of these invaders. Some alive, and some dead, but all of them gone. And of course the Jews and their liberal boot licks go absolutely rabid over these incidents and try very hard to throw the book at the defenders to make an example out of them for trying to buck the Agenda. Trouble is, they can't ever find anyone that saw anything.

Seems that nobody was watching when it went down...lol. This tight sense of community has arisen because of the tight screening process of new white immigrants into these areas. Liberals and Jews are driven out with the same gusto as muds. This allows the people to trust each other once again, like we did before the Civil Rights Disaster. White liberals will turn their own kind in to the government quicker than you can say "Joys of Diversity".

Interestingly, a great majority of the counties that have been settled recently by whites, have also had all the liberals in office either ousted, voted out, or prosecuted for corruption, leaving the vacancies to be filled by white separatists. Take Idaho County, Idaho. Judges, sheriffs, police chiefs, city councilmen, county commissioners, mayors, district attorneys, and all other offices have been cleaned out and the liberals sent packing. This has put the brakes on the persecution of whites in all these areas, and made it hell on earth for any mud with the balls to try and steal from or harm any white. Needless to say I'm getting reports that the Jews and liberals in the main strongholds of liberal resistance like Boise, Portland, and Seattle are screaming bloody murder and demanding that the federal government step in. Trouble is, they have to have legal proof of a crime to prosecute any of them, and they aren't likely to get any considering that all these white governments are as clannish as the Mafia now. One man I know personally that lives in one Idaho county told me that before anyone is allowed to hold any position of authority, even school teacher, he must submit to an extensive background check. Dan told me they learned the hard way to do this. They caught several liberal plants this way, and one member of the JDL. He says he knows there's no way to find them all, but at least they can keep them out of the dangerous positions. This Movement is being taken very seriously be the enemy, and rightly so. Whites are the only thing capable of killing them.

The movement is growing as more and more whites and white families move Northward every single day. It may look as if they are running away, but who cares what those lowlifes think? Certainly not me. Whites are gathering numbers, arms, and strength. And one day they'll return to settle accounts. Not only with the muds, but the evil and corrupt government that enabled this tragedy to begin with. Bird Flu In Our Vaccines.

There is alarming evidence accumulated

by serious scientific sources that the US Government

is about to or already has ‘weaponized’ Avian Flu.

If the reports are accurate, this could unleash a new pandemic

on the planet that could be more devastating than the

1918 Spanish Flu epidemic which killed an estimated

30 million people worldwide before it eventually died out.

Pentagon and NIH experiments with remains in frozen state

of the 1918 virus are the height of scientific folly.

Is the United States about to unleash a new racially selective

pandemic through the process of mandatory vaccination

with an alleged vaccine "against" Avian Flu?

There is reason to believe that sections of the international

pharmaceutical industry cartel are acting in concert with

the US Government to develop a genetically modified H5N1 virus

substance that could unleash a man-made pandemic, perhaps more deadly

than the 1918 ‘Spanish Influenza’ pandemic claiming up to 30 million lives.(1)

Rima E. Laibow, MD, head of the Natural Solutions Foundation,

a citizen watchdog group monitoring the pharmaceutical industry states,

"Our best intelligence estimate is that pandemic Avian Flu has already

been created through genetic engineering in the United States,

fusing the deadly genome of the 1918 Pandemic,

misnamed the ‘Spanish Flu’, with the DNA of the innocuous

H5N1 virus in a growth medium of human kidney cells, according to

the National Institutes of Health and the vaccine’s manufacturer.

Some virologists believe that this would insure that the man-made

mutant virus recognizes human cells and knows how to invade them." (2)

If true, as Laibow points out,

"A basic virological fact that the public has not been told is that

it is impossible to make a vaccine against a virus that does not yet exist.

Public relations efforts to the contrary, IF a vaccine is being made

against the Avian Flu virus in its pandemic form, that means that

the pandemic virus must already exist, period, end of discussion."(3)

The genome of the 1918 pandemic, the so-called "Spanish Flu",

was recently intentionally resurrected by the United States government

from a frozen corpse that died of the flu in 1918 in Alaska.

Because of that resurrection, both the Avian Flu,

and its "vaccine" are now a significant threat to public health.

The Spanish Flu, which was not Spanish at all,

was created in the US through an early bioweapons program

and injected into healthy young men (i.e., ’soldiers’)

as the first mandatory vaccination in the military during World War I.

The "Spanish Flu", which originated in Kansas on US Military bases,

was one of the deadliest pandemics in modern history. It was also

one of the most successful biological weapons ever created,

until now.Aspartame and Tyson Foods doubts

To date, there have only been around 385 human cases of Avian Flu

identified worldwide (assuming those identifications are trustworthy,of course),

with 243 deaths. To put the absurdity of this effort into perspective,

Laibow points out, Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), which researchers

believe is heavily associated with aspartame consumption,

is a leading cause of death which, according to the CDC, for example,

killed 460,000 Americans in 1999 and the numbers keep rising (www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5106a3.htm.)

But, aspartame is not under criticism. Interesting as a footnote

on Aspartame, G.D. Searle, the Chicago drugs company that held

the patent on Aspartame was in danger of losing its license

from the US Government Food & Drug Administration in the 1980’s

until Donald Rumsfeld, out of Government, was named President of Searle.

Rumsfeld used his contacts in Washington to get the FDA to approve

Aspartame despite known tests showing serious health effects on rats.

As I document in detail in my book,

Seeds of Destruction: The Hidden Agenda of Genetic Manipulation, the same

Don Rumsfeld went on to become chairman and principal stockholder

of a California pharmaceutical company, Gilead Sciences Inc.,

which developed and patented Tamiflu in 1996,

first as a drug for AIDS, later as a vaccine for H5N1 Avian Flu.

In 1997 Donald H. Rumsfeld was named Chairman of the

Board of Gilead Sciences, where he remained until early 2001

when he became Defense Secretary.

As Secretary he refused to sell his stock at the time he came under

conflict of interest allegations when he ordered $1 billion worth of Tamiflu

be bought to injected into the US military personnel as a "precaution."

It was later proven that Tamiflu was in no antidote for H5N1

and its side effects were sometimes very severe.

Laibow adds, "Given the shockingly obvious lack of any threat

from an un-weaponized H5N1 virus, how can we explain

the Bush Administration spending billions of dollars preparing

each of the 50 States, for what it calls the ‘inevitable Bird Flu pandemic,’

which they say could kill half or more of all Americans

and similar numbers of people around the globe?"(4)

Ominously, on June 3, Associated Press reported,

"Tyson Foods Inc. has begun killing and burying the carcasses

of 15,000 hens from a flock that tested positive for exposure to a strain

of the bird flu in northwest Arkansas, state officials said Tuesday."

Tyson Foods is the largest industrialized producer of chickens

in the world and has been repeatedly under attack

for its unsanitary conditions of breeding and slaughtering.

In January 2005, a US Government Accountability Office (GAO)

report to the US Senate, "Safety in the Meat and Poultry Industry,"

concluded that US meat and poultry processing plants had

"one of the highest rates of injury and illness of any industry."

They cited exposure to

"dangerous chemicals, blood, faecal matter, exacerbated

by poor ventilation and often extreme temperatures. Workers

typically faced hazardous conditions, loud noise, must work

in narrow confines with sharp tools and dangerous machinery."

The industrialization of chicken-raising and slaughtering in the USA

has progressed to the point that by 2003 when the first cases

of H5N1 Avian Flu virus were reported from Asia,

five giant multinational agribusiness companies dominated

the production and processing of chicken meat in the United States.

The five companies were Tyson Foods, the largest in the world;

Gold Kist Inc; Pilgrim’s Pride; ConAgra Poultry; and Perdue Farms.(5)

Most outbreaks of Avian Flu in Asia have been traced back

to such mass chicken industrial factory centers.(6)

In May this year, The Canadian Press reported from Toronto,

"An experiment mating H5N1 avian flu viruses and a strain of human flu

in a laboratory produced a surprising number of hybrid viruses

that were biologically fit, a new study reveals. And while none

of the offspring viruses was as virulent as the original H5N1,

about one in five were lethal to mice at low doses, showing they retained

at least a portion of the power of their dangerous parent." (7)

The Toronto article went on,

"The work suggests that under the right circumstances

- and no one is clear what all of those are - the two types of flu viruses

could swap genes in a way that might allow the H5N1 virus

to acquire the capacity to trigger a pandemic.

That process is called reassortment.

‘This study is just showing exactly that:

There is a risk this virus can successfully reassort with a human virus,’

said Richard Webby, director of the World Health Organization’s

collaborating centre for influenza research

at St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee." (8)

Pentagon Bioweapon research

Prof. Mathew Meselson, a professor of molecular biology at Harvard,

and well-respected scientist in the area of chemical and biological warfare,

confirms that the United States government has extensively

researched and developed biological weapons in the past.

Meselson described an American facility, north of Terre Haute, Indiana,

built in 1944 that would have produced 500,000

4 pound anthrax bombs monthly once in full operation.

Meselson was part of a team that proved the accidental release

of anthrax at a Soviet facility in 1979, disproved charges

of biological warfare in Laos and Cambodia in the late 1970s,

and was a driving force behind popularizing

the Chemical Weapons Convention in 1994.

Since coming in office, the Bush-Cheney Administration

has done much to weaken that Chemical Weapons Convention

as well as ones on biological weapons. One of George W. Bush’s

first acts as President in early 2001 was to oppose a proposed

international Biological and Toxic Weapons Protocol,

without explanation, leading to the death of the talks.

In a 2004 study, the British Medical Association warned that the world

was perhaps only a few years away from "terrifying biological weapons

capable of killing only people of specific ethnic groups,"

citing advances in genetic weapons technology. (9)

The US Department of Homeland Security has ominously enough announced

it is ordering production and stockpiling of a pandemic influenza vaccine:

"The U.S. Government is taking steps to minimize the need

to make vaccine allocation decisions by supporting efforts

to increase domestic influenza vaccine production capacity.

Significant funding is being provided to develop new vaccine technologies

that allow production of enough pandemic influenza vaccine

for any person in the United States who wants to be vaccinated

within six months of a pandemic declaration." (10)

The curious role of Sanofi Pasteur

The US Government has been financing the development of a vaccine against

H5N1 on a "fast track" basis since 2004. Sanofi Pasteur in Swiftwater,

Pennsylvania, a subsidiary of the giant French pharmaceutical firm,

the third largest in the world, manufactured an inactivated vaccine

made from an H5N1 virus isolated in Southeast Asia in 2004.

Sanofi Pasteur, part of the French-based Sanofi Aventis Group,

was awarded a contract by the US Government’s National Institute

of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes

of Health (NIH), NIAID to manufacture the H5N1 vaccine in May 2004.(11)

In April 2007 the FDA approved the Sanofi Pasteur vaccine for H5N1

even though one year before the FDA cited Sanofi Pasteur

for producing contaminated Fluzone vaccines.(12)

The FDA approved H5N1 vaccine is itself apparently not really

effective in event of a human-to-human outbreak of Avian Flu.

On announcing its approval, the FDA stated,

"two injections given 28 days apart may provide ‘limited’ protection

if a pandemic occurs. About 45% of people who got the vaccine

in a study developed an immune response to the virus."(13)

Until now H5N1 has not mutated into a form that can easily spread

from person to person. Is that what the researchers at Sanofi Pasteur

and various labs under contract to the US Government are engaged in?

If so it would be classified Top Secret, clearly.

The respected British magazine, New Scientist, commented,

"If H5N1 does mutate, it is unclear if vaccines developed now would still work

against a pandemic strain. Manufacturers could tailor a new vaccine

to that strain, but current production methods take months." (14)

The magazine noted that research on the Sanofi vaccine

was conducted by the National Institutes of Health as part of

the US Government’s efforts to prepare for a flu pandemic.

The salient question is whether they prepare "for a flu pandemic"

or whether they prepare a flu pandemic.

Why is the US Government spending hundreds of millions

of taxpayer dollars to stockpile this H5N1 vaccine

which likely would not work against such a pandemic outbreak?

On July 2, 2008, the London Daily Telegraph newspaper reported,

"Three Polish doctors and six nurses are facing criminal prosecution

after a number of homeless people died following medical trials

for a vaccine to the H5N1 bird-flu virus." (15)

The report added that the medical staff, from the northern town

of Grudziadz, were being investigated over medical trials on as many

as 350 homeless and poor people last year, which prosecutors

say involved an untried vaccine to the highly-contagious virus.

Authorities claim that the alleged victims received €3 to be tested

with what they thought was a conventional flu vaccine but,

according to investigators, was actually an anti bird-flu drug.

The director of a Grudziadz homeless centre,

Mieczyslaw Waclawski,

told a Polish newspaper that last year,

21 people from his centre died,

a figure well above the average of about eight.

The Polish report did not specify if it was the vaccine being developed

under contract to the US Government Department of Homeland Security

by Sanofi-Pasteur.

However, it is known that Sanofi-Pasteur has been producing

large quantities of such a vaccine at a factory they have in China.

Dr. Laibow reports that the "Pandemic Avian Flu Vaccine" was scheduled

to be delivered to the United States this month by the French vaccine maker,

Sanofi Pasteur, from a facility they own in China, where it is being produced.

The US Government issued its "Vaccine" allocation plan in July.

Laibow fears that a most sinister scenario of a deliberate release

of Avian Flu pathogens on the population that could activate martial law

and forced vaccination with resulting deaths in the millions could be imminent.

Spanish Flu virus revived by Pentagon

In 2003 US Army scientists created ‘Spanish Flu’ virus in the laboratory.

According to a report at the time by the watchdog group,

The Sunshine Project, which monitors biological and chemical weapons

research of the United States Government issued a statement

that "The ‘Spanish Flu’ influenza virus that killed 20-40 million people

in 1918 is currently under reconstruction.

Several genes of the extraordinarily lethal 1918 flu virus

have been isolated and introduced into contemporary flu strains.

These proved to be lethal for mice, while virus constructs

with genes from a current flu virus types had hardly any effect.

These experiments may easily be abused for military purposes,

but provide little benefit from a medical or public health point of view."

They continued, "The 1918 Spanish Flu was highly infectious and

– in comparison to contemporary flu viruses – killed a very high

percentage of those infected, including many younger people.

The Spanish Flu alone caused the medium life expectancy in the US

in 1918 to drop by 10 years. Hence, flu viruses are perceived today

as a serious biological warfare threat. Just two weeks ago,

a 15 million dollar research grant was awarded in the US to develop

protective measures especially against a bioterrorist attack with flu viruses."

The statement added, "Despite the very dangerous nature

of the 1918 virus, efforts to reconstruct it started in the mid 1990s,

when Dr Jeffrey Taubenberger from the US Armed Forces Institute

of Pathology in Washington DC succeeded in recovering and sequencing

fragments of the viral RNA from preserved tissues of 1918 victims.

In the current issue of the scientific journal Emerging Infectious

Diseases new genetic details of the 1918 flu virus will be published."

Most ominously, they report, "But after (partially) unravelling

the genetic sequence of the virus, the scientists went a step further

and began bringing the Spanish flu back to life. Unnoticed by the public,

they succeeded in creating a live virus containing two 1918 genes

that proved to be very lethal in animal experiments.

This experiment is only one genetic step away

from taking the 1918 demon entirely out of the bottle." (16)

They conclude,

"A resuscitation of the Spanish flu is neither necessary nor warranted

from a public health point of view. Allegedly, the recent experiments

sought to test the efficacy of existing antiviral drugs on the 1918 construct.

But there is little need for antiviral drugs against the 1918 strain

if the 1918 strain had not been recreated in the first place.

‘It simply does not make any scientific sense to create a new threat

just to develop new countermeasures against it.’

says Jan van Aken, biologist with the Sunshine Project,

‘Genetic characterization of influenza strains

has important biomedical applications.

But it is not justifiable to recreate this particularly dangerous eradicated

strain that could wreak havoc if released, deliberately or accidentally.’"17

Let us sincerely hope not, but as Prof. Stephen Block, Stanford University biophysicist with years of experience in classified Pentagon and US Government biological research remarked in another context, "We’re tempted to say that nobody in their right mind would ever use these things." Block added, "But not everybody is in their right mind…" 18Sanofi Pasteur delivers H5N1 vaccine

On April 28 of this year in an official Press Release from Sanofi Pasteur US headquarters in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania and Lyon, France, the company stated, "Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of Sanofi-Aventis Group, announced today that the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has accepted H5N1 bulk vaccine antigen to produce approximately 38.5 million doses of vaccine to protect against a new strain of avian influenza. Sanofi Pasteur has a multi-year contract with HHS as part of its pandemic program, and will receive a payment of $192.5 million booked in the second quarter of 2008 for acceptance of the bulk vaccine lot."19

Then, on June 16 of this year, Sanofi Pasteur issued the following release announcing that it will, "donate 60 million doses of H5N1 vaccine to the World Health Organization (WHO) over 3 years for the establishment of an H5N1 vaccine global stockpile."

The President and CEO of Sanofi Pasteur, Wayne Pisano, said in the release, "The H5N1 virus is currently circulating in some of the poorest regions of the world and an outbreak of pandemic influenza would most likely hit populations living in areas with limited access to vaccines. This donation of H5N1 vaccine aims to address the needs of those most vulnerable populations. In addition to supporting the efforts of governments," Pisano added, "it is essential that industry collaborates with international organizations such as WHO, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and other global health players. This is the best way to build a stockpile of vaccines for developing nations, ready to be deployed on the ground in the event of a pandemic flu outbreak."20

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, in addition to being a financial supporter of the so-called Doomsday Seed Vault in the Arctic, has dedicated its foundation billions to support population control especially inAfrica. Among other projects they, as well as the Rockefeller Foundation, are financing The Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa, whose head is former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan. 21

As the world’s leading influenza vaccine manufacturer, Sanofi Pasteur produces approximately half of the influenza vaccine distributed worldwide. In the US it produced more than 40 percent of the influenza vaccine distributed for the 2007-2008 influenza season. The fact that the US Government has revived the 1918 Spanish Flu virus to make "tests" indicates that anything is possible. There are in this world some people not in their "right mind." God forbid if it is so in this instance.

As well, a report by a Canadian organization,

Beyond Factory Farming, described the transmission

likely pathways from the giant industrialized chicken centers:

‘In Thailand, China and Vietnam there is a highly developed industrial

poultry industry which has expanded dramatically in the past decade.

The large poultry companies raise millions of birds, hatch chicks

to supply other intensive poultry operations, export live birds and eggs

to countries such as Nigeria (where the first Highly Pathogenic

Avian Influenza outbreak in Africa was recently reported) and produce

and export feed which often includes "litter" (i.e., manure) in the ingredients.

[…]

‘Manure that may contain live virus is spread on surrounding farmland,

or exported as fertilizer, and through run-off may end up

in surface waters where wild birds feed and rest.

Chicken manure is even found in fish farm feed formulations

where it is introduced directly into the aquatic environment.

Wild birds and poultry thathave fallen victim to HPAI in Asia, Turkey

and Nigeria appear to have been directly exposed to HPAI

virus originating in the factory farm system.

In Asia, a flock of wild ducks died from HPAI

—after having come into contact with the disease at a remote lake where

a fish farm used feed pellets made from poultry litter from a factory farm.

In Turkey a massive cull of backyard flocks—and the deaths

of three children—took place after a nearby factory farm

sold sick and dying birds to local peasants at cut rate prices.

Nigeria has a large and poorly regulated factory poultry production sector

which is supplied with chicks from factory farms in China.’

Orders We Will Not Obey

1. We will NOT obey any order to disarm the American people. The attempt to disarm the people on April 19, 1775 was the spark of open conflict in the American Revolution. That vile attempt was an act of war, and the American people fought back in justified, righteous self-defense of their natural rights. Any such order today would also be an act of war against the American people, and thus an act of treason. We will not make war on our own people, and we will not commit treason by obeying any such treasonous order. Nor will we assist, or support any such attempt to disarm the people by other government entities, either state or federal. In addition, we affirm that the purpose of the Second Amendment is to preserve the military power of the people so that they will, in the last resort, have effective final recourse to arms and to the God of Hosts in the face of tyranny. Accordingly, we oppose any and all further infringements on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. In particular we oppose a renewal of the misnamed "assault-weapons" ban or the enactment of H.R. 45 (which would register and track gun owners like convicted pedophiles).
2. We will NOT obey any order to conduct warrantless searches of the American people, their homes, vehicles, papers, or effects - such as warrantless house-to house searches for weapons or persons. One of the causes of the American Revolution was the use of warrantless searches known as "writs of assistance" and the first fiery embers of American resistance were born in opposition to those infamous writs. The Founders considered all warrantless searches to be unreasonable and egregious. It was to prevent a repeat of such violations of the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects that the Fourth Amendment was written. We expect that warrantless searches of homes and vehicles, under some pretext, will be the means used to attempt to disarm the people.
3. We will NOT obey any order to detain American citizens as "unlawful enemy combatants" or to subject them to trial by military tribunal. One of the causes of the American Revolution was the denial of the right to jury trial, the use of admiralty courts (military tribunals) instead, and the application of the laws of war to the colonists. After that experience, and being well aware of the infamous Star Chamber in English history, the Founders ensured that the international laws of war would apply only to foreign enemies, not to the American people. Thus, the Article III Treason Clause establishes the only constitutional form of trial for an American, not serving in the military, who is accused of making war on his own nation. Such a trial for treason must be before a civilian jury, not a tribunal. The international laws of war do not trump our Bill of Rights. We reject as illegitimate any such claimed power, as did the Supreme Court in Ex Parte Milligan (1865). Any attempt to apply the laws of war to American civilians, under any pretext, such as against domestic "militia" groups the government brands "domestic terrorists," is an act of war and an act of treason.
4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a "state of emergency" on a state, or to enter with force into a state, without the express consent and invitation of that state's legislature and governor. One of the causes of the American Revolution was the attempt "to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power" by disbanding the Massachusetts legislature and appointing General Gage as "military governor." The attempt to disarm the people of Massachusetts during that martial law sparked our Revolution. Accordingly, the power to impose martial law – the absolute rule over the people by a military officer with his will alone being law – is nowhere enumerated in our Constitution. Further, it is the militia of a state and of the several states that the Constitution contemplates being used in any context, during any emergency within a state, not the standing army. The imposition of martial law by the national government over a state and its people, treating them as an occupied enemy nation, is an act of war. Such an attempted suspension of the Constitution and Bill of Rights voids the compact with the states and with the people.
5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty and declares the national government to be in violation of the compact by which that state entered the Union. In response to the obscene growth of federal power and to the absurdly totalitarian claimed powers of the Executive, upwards of 20 states are considering, have considered, or have passed courageous resolutions affirming states rights and sovereignty. Those resolutions follow in the honored and revered footsteps of Jefferson and Madison in their Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions, and likewise seek to enforce the Constitution by affirming the very same principles of our Declaration, Constitution, and Bill of Rights that we Oath Keepers recognize and affirm. Chief among those principles is that ours is a dual sovereignty system, with the people of each state retaining all powers not granted to the national government they created, and thus the people of each state reserved to themselves the right to judge when the national government they created has voided the compact between the states by asserting powers never granted. Upon the declaration by a state that such a breach has occurred, we will not obey orders to force that state to submit to the national government.
6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps. One of the causes of the American Revolution was the blockade of Boston, and the occupying of that city by the British military, under martial law. Once hostilities began, the people of Boston were tricked into turning in their arms in exchange for safe passage, but were then forbidden to leave. That confinement of the residents of an entire city was an act of war. Such tactics were repeated by the Nazis in the Warsaw Ghetto, and by the Imperial Japanese in Nanking, turning entire cities into death camps. Any such order to disarm and confine the people of an American city will be an act of war and thus an act of treason.
7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext. Mass, forced internment into concentration camps was a hallmark of every fascist and communist dictatorship in the 20th Century. Such internment was unfortunately even used against American citizens of Japanese descent during World War II. Whenever a government interns its own people, it treats them like an occupied enemy population. Oppressive governments often use the internment of women and children to break the will of the men fighting for their liberty – as was done to the Boars, to the Jewish resisters in the Warsaw Ghetto, to the Cossacks, and to the Chechens, for example. Such a vile order to forcibly intern Americans without charges or trial would be an act of war against the American people, and thus an act of treason, regardless of the pretext used. We will not commit treason, nor will we facilitate or support it. "NOT on Our Watch!"
8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to "keep the peace" or to "maintain control" during any emergency, or under any other pretext. We will consider such use of foreign troops against our people to be an invasion and an act of war. During the American Revolution, the British government enlisted the aid of Hessian mercenaries in an attempt to subjugate the rebellious American people. Throughout history, repressive regimes have enlisted the aid of foreign troops and mercenaries who have no bonds with the people. Accordingly, as the militia of the several states are the only military force contemplated by the Constitution, in Article I, Section 8, for domestic keeping of the peace, and as the use of even our own standing army for such purposes is without such constitutional support, the use of foreign troops and mercenaries against the people is wildly unconstitutional, egregious, and an act of war. We will oppose such troops as enemies of the people and we will treat all who request, invite, and aid those foreign troops as the traitors they are.
9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever. One of the causes of the American Revolution was the seizure and forfeiture of American ships, goods, and supplies, along with the seizure of American timber for the Royal Navy, all in violation of the people's natural right to their property and to the fruits of their labor. The final spark of the Revolution was the attempt by the government to seize powder and cannon stores at Concord. Deprivation of food has long been a weapon of war and oppression, with millions intentionally starved to death by fascist and communist governments in the 20th Century alone. Accordingly, we will not obey or facilitate orders to confiscate food and other essential supplies from the people, and we will consider all those who issue or carry out such orders to be the enemies of the people.
10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances. There would have been no American Revolution without fiery speakers and writers such as James Otis, Patrick Henry, Thomas Paine, and Sam Adams "setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." Patrick Henry: "Give me Liberty, or Give me DEATH!" Tyrants know that the pen of a man such as Thomas Paine can cause them more damage than entire armies, and thus they always seek to suppress the natural rights of speech, association, and assembly. Without freedom of speech, the people will have no recourse but to arms. Without freedom of speech and conscience, there is no freedom. Therefore, we will not obey or support any orders to suppress or violate the right of the people to speak, associate, worship, assemble, communicate, or petition government for the redress of grievances.
