Defamation is a film that reveals how the Anti-Defamation League and the government of Israel stimulate irrational fear of persecution from Gentiles within the minds of the Jewish people. Israeli filmmaker Yoav Shamir suggests such defamation of the motives and character of Gentiles (as well as "self-hating" Jewish critics of Israel) is necessary for the ADL. He says this helps generate ADL's $70 million annual budget and also deflects blame from the government of Israel in wake of “Operation Cast Lead” in Gaza. (Watch Defamation here!)

Shamir originally intended a film about anti-Semitism, a topic he says is mentioned everywhere in Israeli media but poorly defined or understood. He brought his film proposal to ADL in New York, where national director Abe Foxman warmly promised to give him every assistance. Shamir was not only granted complete access to ADL resources and staff but also was allowed to travel with Foxman’s entourage to the Vatican, Israel and Auschwitz. There, ADL pursued its ostensible worldwide goal of ending “the new anti-Semitism.” Here are highlights:

• In New York, ADL tells Shamir that the world is experiencing a sharp spike in anti-Semitic outrages. Shamir asks for a recent U.S. example to feature in his film. ADL can’t produce one. The worst it can scrape up is an incident in the mixed-race Crown Heights district of New York: 12- and 13-year-old blacks threw several rocks into a school bus filled with Jewish children.

• Shamir joins some of the 30,000 Israeli high school students who annually visit Auschwitz and other concentration camps to appreciate the horrors of the Holocaust. He reveals that the government of Israel is pursuing a program to instill wildly exaggerated fear, indeed paranoia, of Gentiles in young Jewish minds. Government security personnel accompanying the group constantly suggest it’s dangerous to visit “anti-Semitic” European countries, where neo-Nazis roam the streets. Israeli youth are taught, the film repeatedly reveals, that only by never forgiving or forgetting Gentile persecutions, is there any hope of escaping similar atrocities today and tomorrow. By the time the Auschwitz tour ends, the anger and emotions of the kids include hate. One Jewish girl says, “I want to kill them—all of them.” “Who are they?” Shamir asks. The girl replies, “Nazis.” “But they are dead.” “No, they have heirs,” she replies.

• Shamir interviews Jewish rabbis, intellectuals and authorities from America, Israel and Russia to ask if they agree with ADL that anti-Semitism is an international scourge. Most reply that actual race-based anti-Semitism is virtually non-existent! Instead, they allege, it is largely the figment of ADL’s money-making propaganda machine. This Jewish produced film suggests that anger against Israeli injustices, even from the Arab side, is not anti-Semitism.

• ADL has organized 56 nations of Europe into its “anti-hate” confederation, The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. How did they do it? In the film, Foxman says ADL enjoys almost mythic status in the eyes of European nations as a power-broker and lobbyist in Washington, DC. ADL encourages this, promising lobbying favors if European countries give ADL what it wants: hate crime laws, Holocaust remembrance programs, opposition to Iran, etc. In the early 1930s, Stalin’s troops encircled and starved to death five million Ukrainian Kulaks who wanted to grow and sell vegetables from their own gardens rather than work for Soviet collectives. In extraordinarily rare footage, we see Foxman lay down the law to the government of Ukraine. ADL will do favors for Ukraine in Washington only if there is no comparison between what Foxman describes as “your genocide with our genocide.” The Ukrainian authorities meekly comply, promising to give national emphasis to Jewish suffering, not their own.

• Shamir also was present with ADL at Israel’s first global anti-Semitism conference in Jerusalem last spring. Every speaker present, including Foxman, agreed the “new anti-Semitism” consists of countless traditional, racist anti-Semites now masking their virulent hatred under legitimate criticism of Israel. However, one Jewish speaker, Prof. David Hirsch, dropped a bomb of dissent when he said that most current “anti-Semitism” comes from reaction to Israel's abuse of the Palestinians. Attendees virulently disagreed, unable to see that heightening worldwide critique of Jews is resulting from Israeli brutality. This inability to be self-critical emerges from the foundational Orthodox position of modern Israel and Judaism, which exalts the Talmud and Zohar (Kabbalah) as Judaism's highest religious and ethical authority. Here is only one of many passages in the Zohar which teaches Orthodox Jews that they are semi-divine and the “goyim” are animals: "…'living soul' refers to Israel, who have holy living souls from above, and 'cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth' to the other peoples who are not 'living soul,' but who are as we have said." [See footnote] With this in mind, we understand why the Talmud teaches that in any dispute the Jew must be exonerated, with blame upon the Gentile. The Jewish Encyclopediasummarizes the majority opinion of the Talmud which "declares that if a Gentile sue an Israelite, the verdict is for the defendant; if the Israelite is the plaintiff, he obtains full damages." (the Jewish Encyclopedia, "Gentile," page 620)

• In Poland, Foxman leads an entourage of 150 Israeli military officers, including Israel’s second-ranking IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) general, marching in honor of Jewish Holocaust dead. The least this film establishes is that ADL and Israel are closely married, not only in purpose but also in organization. What IDF does in military operations on the ground and Mossad does in intelligence, ADL does in propaganda against Israel’s ideological foes. Shamir says, "ADL has a very close relationship with the Israeli government… Israel relies on Foxman when it comes to issues of anti-Semitism."

What can be done to curb ADL/Israel paranoia?

Shamir ends the film by gently suggesting that maybe it’s time for ADL/Israel to “live in the present and look to the future.”

In reality, ADL/Israel will never do this unassisted. How do we help free them from anti-Gentilism and addiction to the endless, vicious cycle of deceiving and being deceived -- of hitting back and never forgetting?

Well founded criticism is vital. ADL’s international, anti-Christian hate laws and pro-homosexual agenda will only be restrained by widespread public identification of ADL as the ogre who has taken away free speech in countries such as Canada, Germany and Australia and who wants to do so everywhere.

Israel’s desire to drive all Arabs from Palestine and even further exploit American military might to make the Mideast safe for Israel can only be restrained by international scorn.

The best contribution anyone can make toward keeping ADL and international Zionist power from ascending to actual control of a nascent one-world federation in the coming years is widespread, factual criticism now. This is not anti-Semitism. It is righteous indignation.

ADL BLASTS 'PARANOID' RIGHT:
Are Millions of Anti-Obama Protestors 'Conspirators?'

The Anti-Defamation League likes to describe itself as a "civil liberties" watchdog group that is ever alert to warn of dangerous "conspiracy theories," particularly those that are anti-semitic.

While deploring the conspiracy theories of others, ADL has produced a 27-page special report entitled "Rage Grows in America: Anti-Government Conspiracies," -- a conspiracy theory of its own! It charges that a number of right wing media leaders are conspiring to lie and distort facts in order to incite tens of millions of Americans against Pres. Obama. ADL further alleges that those who receive such disinformation, such as tea party and town hall protesters, are also part of the conspiracy. Trampling truth, ADL says, they follow conspiracy theories that "imagine government plots." Ignoring reality, ADL says these millions of lesser conspirators will repeat almost anything necessary to "destroy" their opponents and bring down Obama.

ADL: "Since the election of Barak Obama as president, a current of anti-government hostility has swept across the United States, creating a climate of fervor and activism with manifestations ranging from incivility in public forums to acts of intimidation and violence…Some of these assertions are motivated by prejudice, but more common is an intense strain of anti-government mistrust and anger, colored by a streak of paranoia and belief in conspiracies…Ultimately, this anti-government anger, if it continues to grow in intensity and scope, may result in an increase in anti-government extremists and the potential for a rise in violent anti-government acts."

In reality, Obama has outrageously gone out of his way to offend the values and commonsense of heartland America by promoting a big-spending, socialist, pro-homosexual, pro-abortion, pro-hate law agenda. Obama's far-left arrogance and excesses and a Democrat Congress which ignores the wishes of their constituents are the real cause of mounting opposition.

Here, from top to bottom, are those whom ADL contends are either architects or accomplices of conspiracies motivated by malice and paranoia, which could plunge America into hate-motivated violence.

• Glenn Beck

ADL says, "The most important mainstream media figure who has repeatedly helped to stoke the fires of anti-government anger is right wing media host Glenn Beck, who has a TV show on FOX News and a popular syndicated radio show…Beck and his guests have made a habit of demonizing Pres. Obama and promoting conspiracy theories about his administration." "…Beck's key role as a 'fear-monger-in-chief,' [involves] using constant laments such as 'I fear for my country,' to create a sense of anxiety about and hostility towards the government in his audience." Regarding the September 12, 2009 Populist rally in Washington, D.C., ADL says Beck "promoted the event. The anger and rage that had been expressed at town hall meetings a few weeks earlier and at Tea Parties across the country became even uglier."

• Joseph Farah and WorldNetDaily

"WorldNetDaily (WND), published by Joseph Farah," ADL contends, "is an online newspaper with a far-right wing, political outlook that often blurs the distinction between fact and opinion, or even fact and fiction. The publication has spearheaded efforts to convince the public that Obama does not have a legitimate birth certificate." ADL says, "One of the main reporters for WND, Jerome Corsi, has been a major promoter of the "birther" conspiracy theory..." that Obama was born outside the US.

ADL says Farah took part in the strongly anti-Obama "How to Take Back America" conference in St. Louis, September 25-26. It was heavily promoted by WND and regular columnist and anti-Obama syndicated talk show host Janet Porter.

ADL describes in detail how, "Two attorneys, Philip Berg, of Pennsylvania, and Orly Taitz, of California, have been particularly active in spreading the 'birther' argument, as has…WND." Filing lawsuits demanding certainty about Obama's citizenship, ADL says, are "Alan Keyes and Wiley Drake, 2008 presidential and vice-presidential candidates respectively for the fringe American Independent party."

• Alex Jones

ADL calls Alex Jones "the Conspiracy King." It says, "If, in mainstream America, Glenn Beck may be the radio talk show host most involved stirring up anti-government hostility and anger, his counterpart on the extreme fringe is Alex Jones…He has…collaborated with celebrity truthers such as actor Charlie Sheen and far right icon Ron Paul, a US Representative from Texas [who] has often been a guest on his show." In March 2008, media figure Lou Dobbs was a guest on Jones' show.

"After the election of Obama, Jones began to develop ties to mainstream conservative media outlets such as FOX News Network." Yet ADL asserts Jones fulfills exactly what it predicts right-wing, anti-Obama hysteria will ultimately lead to: ADL says the April murder in Pittsburgh of three policeman by young Richard Poplawski was under the influence of "Jones and other conspiracy theorists."

• Michael Savage

ADL: "As these conspiracy theories become more popular, they are starting to cross over from the fringes into more "mainstream" venues. On August 14, 2009, for example, right-wing radio talk show host Michael Savage, whose listeners are estimated to number over eight million, proclaimed on his Savage Nation that the government would declare martial law. "Martial law," he announced, "will be declared in this country over a pretext. I think the likelihood is very high that the gang that has taken over this country will declare…a pretext…the equivalent of the Reichstag fire [an event that helped the Nazis take over the German government]…to put in a form of martial law."

• Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Twitter

ADL complains that these internet giants are making possible "viral" proliferation of grassroots American rage and conspiracy theories by providing them an uncensored forum.

• Tea Party protests

ADL says, "Some conservative media outlets, such as the FOX New Network, have also played a role in promoting tea parties." "At these events, and later sequels, anti-government sentiments and conspiracy theories proliferated, with a common theme being that somehow Obama had 'stolen' the country from Americans."

• Town hall meetings

Town hall meetings, which ADL calls "disruptions," are described as the rude, unnecessary interruption of political and social progress, particularly healthcare reform, during this past summer. ADL especially objects to frequent imagery comparing Obama and the Democrat proposal of taxpayer-funded abortions to Nazism. "The widespread use of Holocaust and Nazi analogies and comparisons, which still continue, goes well beyond legitimate or even exaggerated criticism of the Obama administration and its policies." "In these Nazi analogies, Obama and his supporters are being cast as opponents to be destroyed rather than fellow citizens with whom dialogue, debate, and compromise are possible. The ready use of such propaganda is symptomatic of the radicalization of some segments of the American populace, and contributes to a self-perpetuating cycle of radicalization, in which even more extreme ideas seem plausible and acceptable."

• Immigration protest

ADL describes immigration protesters as "xenophobes" -- persons afflicted with an irrational fear of foreigners and those who are different. It is also a movement, ADL claims, which is manipulative. "…continuing its exploitation of hot-button issues to gain a greater following, the anti-immigrant movement is increasingly appropriating anti-government language and events."

ADL may particularly resent ALIPAC, the immigration watchdog group which, this spring, alerted the nation to ADL/Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) attempts in their MIAC document to bias Missouri State Police against a wide spectrum of Christian/conservative and patriotic groups, labeling them potential terrorist threats. ADL says of ALIPAC leader William Gheen that he "has a history of using the tea party movement to serve his own purposes."

What Can We Do?

The Anti-Defamation League is the most powerful, anti-Christian, pro-homosexual, pro-abortion attack group in America. Yet because ADL, like its sister attack group SPLC, is entirely staffed by far left Jews, Christian watchdog groups, such as WorldNetDaily, virtually never criticize it.

This must change. Christian/conservative leaders must recognize that ADL, if further protected from criticism, will only mount even more vicious anti-Christian assaults. In 1939, British diplomats Chamberlain and Asquith hoped that if Western powers remained silent and inoffensive Hitler could be contained. In reality, like a tiger, Hitler could smell their fear. Their appeasement only emboldened him to become more aggressive.

The same will happen if millions of Obama protesters remain silent before ADL's recent attack upon them. Like Hitler's 1939 "war games" in Spain, ADL is now testing the religious and political right to see if it will publicly resist ADL's agenda of bringing persecution to them. Persecution is the whole purpose behind ADL-orchestrated hate crimes laws worldwide. After Pres. Obama's signing of the federal hate law last month, ADL boldly took credit not only for "spearheading" its passage over the past 12 years but also for convincing 45 U.S. states and the District of Columbia to pass some version of its "model hate crime law." Will conservative leaders even mention ADL's attack on them this week? Since ADL was founded in 1913, none has had the courage to publicly criticize it.

If they did so now, it would be remarkably out of character.

FDA Invades Non-Commercial Amish Farm in PA

Kinzers, PA – At 9:40 a.m. Thursday, February 4, only a few miles from the scene of the Nickel Mines Amish massacre of 2006, another drama against the Amish began as agents of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) came onto the property of Amish farmer Dan Allgyer, without permission, claiming to be conducting an investigation.

Agents Joshua Schafer and Deborah Haney, from the Delaware FDA office, drove past Allgyer’s “No Trespassing” signs and up his driveway almost to his barn, where Allgyer happened to be outside. Allgyer approached the car, the agents got out and Allgyer asked them why they were there. They produced a piece of paper, asked Allgyer if he was Dan Allgyer, which Allgyer confirmed, asked him his middle initial and phone number, entered the information on the paper, told Allgyer they were there to do an inspection and started reading the paper to him, saying it gave them jurisdiction to be there.

The agents – Schafer did most of the talking – said they had a right to be there because “you produce food for human consumption.” Dan asked why they believed that and they said, “Well, you have cows. You cannot be consuming all the milk you produce.” They further stated, “If you get a milk truck in to move all this milk you sell milk to the public, therefore we have jurisdiction.”

Dan said, “This is a private farm, I do not sell anything to the public.”

As they continued to harass him about doing an inspection, Allgyer said, “You can sit in your car. I will call my lawyer.”

The agents remained standing.

Allgyer called his attorney who advised him to have the agents call him. When Allgyer told them to call his attorney Schafer replied, “You are the owner and you have to speak for yourself.”

They pressed him to talk and Schafer asked, “Are you refusing us an investigation? Allgyer replied, “That’s not what I’m saying.”

They kept repeating, “Are you refusing an investigation?”

Allgyer kept saying, “Call this guy” – meaning his attorney.

Allgyer said they must have asked him six times.


One of them said, “Even if you do not say so, you are still refusing an investigation.”

Eventually Schafer said, “If you refuse an investigation will you answer some questions?”

Allgyer said, “I’d rather not.”

When the agents continued to push him Dan said, “Is that a question?

Sheepishly, they said. ‘Yes.”

Allgyer said, “What did I say about questions?’

They replied, “Well we’re going to write this up as a refusal to have an investigation and give it to our higher officials.”

Dan felt they were threatening him at this point.

After that, they got in their car, drove out the driveway and parked on the neighbor’s property watching Allgyer.

A visitor, Ivan, who had been on the farm, though not part of the conversation, left in his truck soon after, and the FDA agents proceeded to follow him in their car, even when he stopped at a convenience store to use the facilities. After forty or fifty miles, Ivan called 911 and told the police he was being followed.

The state police – in two cruisers – pulled the agents over. Ivan pulled over as well.

Ivan said the police told him that the agents explained they were FDA agents and they had the right to follow him because they were conducting an investigation on the farm he left. They thought he had product and they wanted samples of the product.

Ivan responded by opening the back of the truck and revealing it was empty. The agents photographed the inside of the empty truck and gave Ivan a paper, claiming they had a right to inspect his truck. He told them they were harassing him. The state trooper said they had a right to follow and pull him over but they were in an unmarked car so Ivan would not have had to pull over.

As with Allgyer, the agents asked Ivan some information which they wrote on the paper they produced, then handed it to him.

Ivan asked them, “Why are you writing up a paper on me when you have no cause?”

They said, “We have a cause, because you left the farm.”

They claimed he had a load off the farm and they wanted samples.

Ivan said, “I didn’t know who you were.”

An agent replied, “You saw us at the farm.”

Ivan said. “That doesn’t make any difference, I didn’t know who you were.”

Ivan pointed out that he was at the farm but did not hear what they said. He was twenty feet or more away from them and was not involved in their conversation.

Ivan said the police told him they would record that the agents had been following him.

A spokeswoman for the FDA (reached at the phone number on the paper the FDA agents gave to Allgyer) said the FDA has no comment at this time because it is an ongoing investigation.

Dan Allgyer will meet with his county sheriff in the near future to apprise him of this incident.

Trannys Are Now Officially A "Serious Mental Disorder"!

US tax court declares officially transgenderism a "serious mental disorder."

Many of you were shocked seeing our report of the bizarre and sad "Transgender Lobby Day" at the Massachusetts State House -- and the legislators who are supporting it.

It doesn't take an M.D. to understand that transgenderism is a tragic sickness, not a natural behavior that needs to be encouraged, despite what Massachusetts politicians want you to believe. Now, the courts are finally starting to agree with what the mental health profession has been saying all along. But it took a bizarre case - and a tortured outcome - to bring it about.

The United States Tax Court ruled on Feb. 2 that Gender Identity Disorder is "a well-recognized and serious mental disorder". This squares with the mental health profession's assessment in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (Fourth Edition) and practically all of the medical profession.

The case involved an eerie former member of the Massachusetts Commission for Gay Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender Youth, Rhiannon O'Donnabhain, who is a 65-year-old man who dresses as a woman and has had hormone injections to grow female-like breasts. The Commission sends homosexual and transgender activists into public schools to set up programs to normalize those behaviors to schoolchildren.

Rhiannon O'Donnabhain, a man with hormone-induced female-like breasts who dresses as a women, worked with public schoolchildren as a member of the Massachusetts Commission for Gay Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender Youth. Your tax money at work!

Mr. O'Donnabhain was suing the IRS because they refused to accept a $5,000 "medical deduction" involving his sex-change surgery. According to news reports, the IRS had said that the surgery was "cosmetic and not medically necessary."

However, the court got one part of it terribly wrong - that trying to "change" one's sex through medical procedures constitutes "appropriate and effective treatment."

Their ruling stated:

The evidence amply supports the conclusions that petitioner suffered from severe GID, that GID is a well-recognized and serious mental disorder, and that hormone therapy and sex reassignment surgery are considered appropriate and effective treatments for GID by psychiatrists and other mental health professionals who are knowledgeable concerning the condition.

There are some rogue and activist medical people who are willing to attempt such procedures, which range from hormones to actual mutilations and so-called body sculpting. But that continues and exacerbates the disorder and often the psychological suffering of the patient, often into new, destructive directions.

Medical research finds that attempted "sex re-assignment" actually causes more distress. Psychological problems such as GID require appropriate psychological treatment.

Strangely, O'Donnabhain was represented by the homosexual law firm Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders (GLAD) which considers this a victory because it now opens the door to a flood of "sex-reassignment" surgeries which now can be considered tax-deductible.

Their strategy appears to be force America to accept the idea of sex-change, and then attack the medical community and force them to change it from being a disorder, much the way they did with homosexuality itself.

Rhiannon O'Donnabhain will always biologically be a man who has tragically mutilated his body because of a psychological issue. We must not allow the Massachusetts Legislature to inflict the radical Transgender Rights and Hate Crimes bill, which would encourage such practices, on society.

South Carolina forces “subversives” to register with the authorities or do hard time

Subversives who think government is corrupt and should be controlled by the people face 10 years in prison and a $25,000 dollar fine if they fail to register with authorities in South Carolina, in another chilling example of how free speech and dissent is being criminalized in America.

The state’s “Subversive Activities Registration Act” is now officially on the books and mandates that “Every member of a subversive organization, or an organization subject to foreign control, every foreign agent and every person who advocates, teaches, advises or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States … shall register with the Secretary of State.”

Of course, the right to overthrow a government that has become corrupt, abusive and completely unrepresentative of its electorate is enshrined in the Declaration of Independence – that’s how America came to be a Republic in the first place – advocating or teaching that the people should “control” the government via their elected representatives is a basic function of a democratic society, but this law effectively makes it a terrorist offense.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness,” states the Declaration of Independence.

Under the sweeping terms of the law, members of tax protest organizations, the Tea Party movement and the States’ Rights movement based in South Carolina are all domestic terrorists if they fail to register their dissent with the authorities.

It is important to stress that the notion this law somehow only applies to “Islamic terrorists” is completely at odds with the fact that federal and state authorities now consider the main terror threat to be from informed American citizens exercising their constitutional rights in opposition to the big government agenda they are being subjected to.

As we saw with the MIAC report and a plethora of similar training manuals which were leaked over the last decade, police are being trained that libertarians, gun owners, Ron Paul supporters and anyone who is mildly political is a domestic extremist and a potential terrorist – these people are the real target of the subversives list in South Carolina.

The infamous Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation manual (page one, page two) produced in association with the Joint Terrorism Task Force listed “defenders of the U.S. constitution” and “lone individuals” as terrorists. Will anyone in South Carolina who defends the Constitution, the very bedrock of what America stands for, have to register with the authorities unless they want to be locked up for a decade?

Of course, since nobody is going to register as a “subversive” with South Carolina authorities, their failure to “comply” with the regulation will later be used against them as a means of eliciting criminal charges, in what represents a clear end run around the First Amendment.

The government isn’t going to just come out all guns blazing and ban free speech, they are simply going to make anyone who refuses to register for permission a criminal for failing to adhere to a separate mandate.

Just like people in places such as New York and Chicago were told that they had to get a license to purchase a gun – at first the process was a mere inconvenience but now the licensing process means they have to jump through 200 flaming hoops and the second amendment has effectively been outlawed in these cities.

They won’t hesitate to pull the same tricks with the First Amendment, and it’s already happening with calls to license Internet users and force them to get government permission to run a website.

We were curious as well, which is why we are excited to launch today "How Much Aid to Israel?"--a new project of the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation.

We were encouraged to hear President Obama say in his State of the Union address: "We will continue to go through the budget line by line to eliminate programs that we can't afford and don't work." We agree with this sentiment. From both a moral and financial perspective, we can't afford military aid to Israel, which is why we were so disappointed to learn last week that President Obama included a record $3 billion in military aid to Israel in his FY2011 budget request to Congress.
