WASHINGTON – Zhu Zhu Pets, furry robotic hamsters, are the hottest Christmas craze of 2009 – with millions being flown into the U.S. from China on 747s to keep up with the demand.

But, like so many other toys, clothes, appliances and even baby strollers and pacifiers on the market for holiday shoppers this season, they may be unsafe, say consumer watchdogs.

While Zhu Zhu pets have not faced a Consumer Product Safety Commission recall, a report from GoodGuide.com says they contain antimony, a toxic metal known as a carcinogen. The federal limit for antimony in products is 60 parts per million, while the Zhu Zhu has 93 parts per million in the fur and 103 in the nose.

"If ingested in high enough levels, antimony can lead to cancer, reproductive health and other human health hazards," said Dara O'Rourke, an associate professor of environmental science at U.C.-Berkeley and co-founder of GoodGuide.com. "If these toys aren't even meeting the legal standards in the U.S., then I would say that it isn't worth the risk for me to bring it into my household."

Sources in Washington say a recall of the toys is unlikely because of the sheer volume already sold – millions throughout the U.S. The Los Angeles Times also reported later that a review by the Consumer Product Safety Commission said the Zhu Zhu toys were "not out of compliance" with toy standards for antimony. And GoodGuide later updated its report explaining that it used a methodology for its testing that is different from federal testing methods.

But other items imported from China just in time for Christmas are the subjects of recalls. Of the 28 products recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission so far in November and December, 16 were manufactured in China.

U.S. distributors of these products are increasingly paying big fines.

This month, for instance, Excelligence Learning Corp. of Monterey, Calif., agreed to pay $25,000 in civil penalties for selling Chinese-made toy shaving brushes violating federal lead paint bans.

Also recalled by the CPSC for lead exposure were children's metal pendants sold by Team Work Trading of Los Angeles, Calif.

Bicycles are always a favorite Christmas gift for kids. But 6,400 distributed by Easton Sports of Scotts Valley, Calif., and manufactured in China were recalled this season because of stem failure that cause the rider to lose control.

About 10,000 children's art easels distributed by MacPherson's of Emeryville, Calif., and manufactured in China were recalled in the last 30 days for containing levels of lead that exceed federal limits.

But it's not just children's toys from China that are getting recalled and posing safety hazards. Kids' clothing has also been a target of the CPSC this holiday season. Various kinds of hooded sweatshirts have been targeted as strangulation hazards because of unsafe drawstrings. Some of these items are sold in upper-end department stores like Macy's and Dillards – not just Walmart.

Only one major recall this season was highly publicized. That was Maclaren USA's voluntary action to pull from stores baby strollers that resulted in at least 12 finger amputations. About 1 million of them were in circulation – manufactured, of course, in China. They sold for between $100 and $350.

Thinking about giving someone a kitchen appliance this year? Be warned.

Haier America Trading of New York, N.Y., voluntarily recalled nearly 54,000 blenders made in China when it was learned the blade assemblies came apart or broke, posing laceration risks.

Or maybe you were thinking about getting Dad a gas grill. About 663,000 Perfect Flame grills made in China and sold in Lowe's were voluntarily recalled because they posed burn hazards to users. They caused at least 40 fires resulting in burns to hands, arms and faces and at least one eye injury requiring surgery.

Power adapters used with IBM back-up disk hard drives, also made in China, were recalled when it was found they were failing and exposing live electrical contacts that posed shock hazards to consumers.

Maybe you thought a travel mug made in China was a safe gift. Think again. About 15,000 had to be recalled by the "Life Is Good" company when it was found they posed burn hazards.

And before you get that new baby a pacifier for the stocking this Christmas, be sure to check it out. Some 641,000 "Bobby Chupete" pacifiers had to be recalled this season because they pose a choking hazard.

Not even that Christmas tree stand is necessarily safe. About 13,000 manufactured in China had to be recalled after causing users to fall and sustain serious injuries.

WND has reported previously on frozen catfish from China found to have been laced with banned antibiotics and scallops and sardines coated with bacteria.

Chinese toothpaste also has been found by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to have contained a deadly chemical used in antifreeze. In one case, four defendants pleaded guilty to importing from China more than a half million tubes of toothpaste falsely labeled as the popular brand Colgate that contained the toxic antifreeze ingredient.

According to a U.S. Department of Justice statement, the defendants were responsible for 518,028 tubes of toothpaste worth an estimated $730,419 that were shipped into the country and distributed to bargain retail stores in several states.

Chinese imports have been blamed for poisoning America's pets, risking America's human food supply and reintroducing lead poisoning to America's children.

For years, Washington has claimed to be working on the problem of defective consumer products being delivered from China to the United States. But it appears that the only permanent solution will be for the Chinese to have a higher level of concern about what they are exporting, U.S. government leaders have said.

For the victims, it was a terrifying experience — somebody shouts “get that white boy” and then they are surrounded by teens and young adults spitting out racial taunts, laughing, pummeling them with fists and kicking them in the head.

For the suspects in the attacks during the summer and fall in downtown Denver, the muggings were little more than pranks, they say, in which they stole money to rent hotel rooms for partying or beat someone up just because they were white and assumed to have money and to be drunk and defenseless.

One thing victims and attackers have in common: Both will be permanently changed by the events.

The victims, at least 16, suffered permanent facial damage, broken bones and cracked skulls. One was in a coma. The suspects, who thought they’d serve just days in jail if caught, are charged with felony robbery and bias-related crimes that could put them in prison for years.

“I don’t know how this thing became a racial thing,” said Ian Curwen, 31, now charged with two robberies and, like 34 others charged in the attacks, awaiting trial at the Denver County Jail. “I know some of these kids. They come from good families. They’re just kids being kids.”

Several of those charged in the wave of attacks have prior criminal histories, and some claim gang membership. At least two of those now awaiting trial were charged with similar crimes, also near downtown, in 2008, though charges were dismissed.

One of them, George Wright, was charged with robbery on Aug. 4, 2008, a few weeks before the Democratic National Convention, after an unidentified accomplice snuck up behind 26-year-old Michael Peters, at 1690 Pearl St. at 1:50 a.m., and began choking him, according to court records.

A public school principal has banned Christmas trees and Santa Claus from Bellview Elementary in Ashland, Oregon. Principal Michelle Zundel removed a "holiday giving tree" from the school over Thanksgiving break and replaced it with two snowmen. The tree displayed tags suggesting gifts to donate for needy children, but now the swap has upset dozens of parents who say the tree was celebrating the Christmas season and helping those in need.

Principal Zundel defended her decision by stating: "The Christmas tree, while a secular symbol according to the Supreme Court, does symbolize Christmas, and if you are entering a public school and your family does not celebrate Christmas, then it feels like a religious symbol." She plans to discuss guidelines later this week that permanently ban Christmas trees and Santa Claus.

Customer ratings system gives shoppers voice to demand stores honor Christmas

Shoppers fed up with stores swapping "Season's Greetings" and "Happy Holidays" for the more traditional "Merry Christmas" have a place to vent their frustrations this December and a resource for identifying those shops that still honor Jesus' birth as the reason for the season.

The Retailer Ratings system at StandForChristmas.com provides an up-to-the-second summary of how customers have rated 29 of the nation's largest store chains – from American Eagle Outfitters to Wal-Mart – on their acknowledgment of Christmas.

"Millions upon millions in our nation deeply value the great truths of Christmas and the holiday's inspiring place in American life and culture," the website states. "We're asking you to decide which retailers are 'Christmas-friendly.' They want your patronage and your gift-shopping dollars, but do they openly recognize Christmas?"

The ratings system is a project of Focus on the Family and Focus on the Family Action.

In the past, Focus has created a shopping guide to rate retailers on their "Christmas-friendliness," but this year the organization has turned the ratings over to customers themselves.

"We're placing shoppers in the driver's seat," the website explains. "Through this site, customers can provide feedback directly to retailers and share their experiences with fellow shoppers!"

"There's nothing more effective than hearing from the customer," said Carrie Earll, director of issues analysis for Focus on the Family Action. "The customer's always right."

"Many retailers are waking up to the fact that it is more inclusive – not exclusive – to mention Christmas," she said.

Shoppers who visit StandForChristmas.com can not only rate the retail chains as being "friendly," "negligent" or "offensive" toward observers of Christmas, but also leave comments on specific stores.

For example, this piece of frosty feedback came from a customer regarding Banana Republic, the retail chain that at press time was rated the worst in Christmas-friendliness:

"I clicked on their ad and used their search function," the commenter writes. "Typing in 'Christmas gifts,' I got 'Holiday gifts.' Narrowing my search, I typed in 'Christmas' and got '0 results for this search.' They will get the same number of purchases from me."

When this article was written, Banana Republic was scoring an 82 percent "offensive" rating to an only 18 percent "friendly" rating.

On the far other end of the spectrum was Bass Pro Shops, which was scoring 93 percent "friendly" rating, with seven percent rating the retailer "negligent" and none rating it "offensive."

"In last Sunday's paper, it was one of only two retailers who had 'Christmas' prominently displayed throughout the entire ad," said one commenter regarding Bass Pro Shops. "They have a Christmas village set up inside the store (not a 'holiday' or 'winter' village), and it's an old-fashioned Christmas village where kids can get a free photo with Santa (who sends a letter to the child in the mail), lots of free games to play and employees dressed as elves. I give this retailer the highest rating."

At press time, the top five most Christmas-friendly stores were Bass Pro Shops, Land's End, Cabela's, Sears and Lowe's, all of which scored above 80 percent "friendly."

The most "offensive" on the list were Banana Republic, Gap, Best Buy, American Eagle Outfitters and Old Navy, all of which topped 60 percent "offensive."

LONDON, November 18, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Christmas could be cancelled by a bill being put forward by the Labour government, the Catholic bishops of England and Wales have said.

In a letter to MPs, Monsignor Andrew Summersgill, general secretary of the Catholic Bishops' Conference, said that Harriet Harmon's Equality Bill will have a "chilling effect" on local councils, town halls and other organizations clamping down on Christmas festivities for fear of offending people of other religions.

The Equality Bill combines all previous equality legislation in the U.K., and includes a range of new provisions.

"Under existing legislation," Summersgill wrote, "we have seen the development of a risk-averse culture with outcomes as ridiculous as reports of a local authority instructing tenants to take down Christmas lights in case they might offend Muslim neighbours, or of authorities removing the word Christmas out of cultural sensitivity to everyone except Christians.

"If this bill is serious about equality, everything possible must be done to avoid it having a chilling effect on religious expression and practice."

The Christian Institute, Britain's leading Christian political lobby group, has listed incidents where public displays of Christianity at Christmas have already come under attack. Councils around Britain are removing all references to the name "Christmas" from their 2009 events. Birmingham City Council has changed the name of this year's light-switching-on event to the generic "Winterval." Last November an attempt by Oxford City Council to drop Christmas from the title of the city's celebrations was condemned by both residents and religious leaders.

The Christian Institute complained about the bill, saying that councils "are already over-zealous in applying equality laws." The bill, they said, "will make this worse."

In fact, some of the Labour government's closest advisors have already urged it to abolish public displays of a Christian origin at Christmas. The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR), which has shaped many Labour party policies, said in 2007 that Christmas "should be downgraded to help race relations."

The equality legislation leads only to the law favoring aggrieved minority lobby groups over the existing Christian culture, the Christian Institute says. The group pointed to the closure and forced secularization of several of Britain's Catholic adoption agencies under similar legislation, the Sexual Orientation Regulations (SORs) of the 2007 Equality Act.

Under the SORs, they said, "the rights of children have been trumped by the rights of homosexual adults. Any agency which refuses to do homosexual adoptions becomes a target for closure."

November 18, 2009 "Information Clearing House" -- It is rather impossible to grasp the magnitude of the crimes against humanity performed by the Jewish state in the name of the Jewish people unless one elaborates on Jewish culture in the light of Judaic teaching.

Zionism was founded as a secular movement. It was there to provide the emancipated Diaspora Jew with a ‘national home land’ of his or her own. However, Zionism was rather effective in transforming the Old Testament from a spiritual text into a land registry. As the truth of Israeli barbarism is unfolding a devastating continuum is being established between Israeli murderous policies and Judaic Goy hating.

It would be fair to argue that Judaic teaching is not monolithic. As we know, one of the only Jewish collectives that stands along the Palestinians call themselves the Torah Jews (Neturei Karta), a Jewish orthodox sect. In other words, the Torah must have a humanist side to it.

The following is a review of Torat ha-Melekh, a “kind of guide for anyone who ponders the question of if and when it is permissible to take the life of a non-Jew”. It was published by Ma’ariv Israel's second biggest paper. It is a must read. I would assume that those American and British corrupted politicians who are happy to take donations from Israeli Tycoons and other ‘Friends of Israel’ better start to understand once and for all what kind of Ideology they are aligning themselves with.

When is it permissible to kill non-Jews? The book Torat ha-Melekh [The King’s Teaching—INT], which was just published, was written by Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, the dean of the Od Yosef Hai yeshiva in the community of Yitzhar near Nablus, together with another rabbi from the yeshiva, Yossi Elitzur. The book contains no fewer than 230 pages on the laws concerning the killing of non-Jews, a kind of guide for anyone who ponders the question of if and when it is permissible to take the life of a non-Jew.

Although the book is not being distributed by the leading book companies, it has already received warm recommendations from right-wing elements, including recommendations from important rabbis such as Yitzhak Ginsburg, Dov Lior and Yaakov Yosef, that were printed at the beginning of the book. The book is being distributed via the Internet and through the yeshiva, and at this stage the introductory price is NIS 30 per copy. At the memorial ceremony that was held over the weekend in Jerusalem for Rabbi Meir Kahane, who was killed nineteen years ago, copies of the book were sold.

Throughout the book, the authours deal with in-depth theoretical questions in Jewish religious law regarding the killing of non-Jews. The words “Arabs” and “Palestinians” are not mentioned even indirectly, and the authours are careful to avoid making explicit statements in favor of an individual taking the law into his own hands. The book includes hundreds of sources from the Bible and religious law. The book includes quotes from Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook, one of the fathers of religious Zionism, and from Rabbi Shaul Yisraeli, one of the deans of the Mercaz Harav Yeshiva, the stronghold of national-religious Zionism that is located in Jerusalem.

The book opens with a prohibition against killing non-Jews and justifies it, among other things, on the grounds of preventing hostility and any desecration of God’s name. But very quickly, the authors move from prohibition to permission, to the various dispensations for harming non-Jews, with the central reason being their obligation to uphold the seven Noahide laws, which every human being on earth must follow. Among these commandments are prohibitions on theft, bloodshed and idolatry. [The seven Noahide laws prohibit idolatry, murder, theft, illicit sexual relations, blasphemy and eating the flesh of a live animal, and require societies to institute just laws and law courts—INT]

“When we approach a non-Jew who has violated the seven Noahide laws and kill him out of concern for upholding these seven laws, no prohibition has been violated,” states the book, which emphasizes that killing is forbidden unless it is done in obedience to a court ruling. But later on, the authors limit the prohibition, noting that it applies only to a “proper system that deals with non-Jews who violate the seven Noahide commandments.”

The book includes another conclusion that explains when a non-Jew may be killed even if he is not an enemy of the Jews. “In any situation in which a non-Jew’s presence endangers Jewish lives, the non-Jew may be killed even if he is a righteous Gentile and not at all guilty for the situation that has been created,” the authors state. “When a non-Jew assists a murderer of Jews and causes the death of one, he may be killed, and in any case where a non-Jew’s presence causes danger to Jews, the non-Jew may be killed.”

One of the dispensations for killing non-Jews, according to religious law, applies in a case of din rodef [the law of the “pursuer,” according to which one who is pursuing another with murderous intent may be killed extrajudicially] even when the pursuer is a civilian. “The dispensation applies even when the pursuer is not threatening to kill directly, but only indirectly,” the book states. “Even a civilian who assists combat fighters is considered a pursuer and may be killed. Anyone who assists the army of the wicked in any way is strengthening murderers and is considered a pursuer. A civilian who encourages the war gives the king and his soldiers the strength to continue. Therefore, any citizen of the state that opposes us who encourages the combat soldiers or expresses satisfaction over their actions is considered a pursuer and may be killed. Also, anyone who weakens our own state by word or similar action is considered a pursuer.”

Rabbis Shapira and Elitzur determine that children may also be harmed because they are “hindrances.” The rabbis write as follows: “Hindrances—babies are found many times in this situation. They block the way to rescue by their presence and do so completely by force. Nevertheless, they may be killed because their presence aids murder. There is justification for killing babies if it is clear that they will grow up to harm us, and in such a situation they may be harmed deliberately, and not only during combat with adults.”

In addition, the children of the leader may be harmed in order to apply pressure to him. If attacking the children of a wicked ruler will influence him not to behave wickedly, they may be harmed. “It is better to kill the pursuers than to kill others,” the authors state.

In a chapter entitled “Deliberate harm to innocents,” the book explains that war is directed mainly against the pursuers, but those who belong to the enemy nation are also considered the enemy because they are assisting murderers.

Retaliation also has a place and purpose in this book by Rabbis Shapira and Elitzur. “In order to defeat the enemy, we must behave toward them in a spirit of retaliation and measure for measure,” they state. “Retaliation is absolutely necessary in order to render such wickedness not worthwhile. Therefore, sometimes we do cruel deeds in order to create the proper balance of terror.”

In one of the footnotes, the two rabbis write in such a way that appears to permit individuals to act on their own, outside of any decision by the government or the army.

“A decision by the nation is not necessary to permit shedding the blood of the evil kingdom,” the rabbis write. “Even individuals from the nation being attacked may harm them.”

Unlike books of religious law that are published by yeshivas, this time the rabbis added a chapter containing the book’s conclusions. Each of the six chapters is summarized into main points of several lines, which state, among other things: “In religious law, we have found that non-Jews are generally suspected of shedding Jewish blood, and in war, this suspicion becomes a great deal stronger. One must consider killing even babies, who have not violated the seven Noahide laws, because of the future danger that will be caused if they are allowed to grow up to be as wicked as their parents.”

Even though the authors are careful, as stated, to use the term “non-Jews,” there are certainly those who could interpret the nationality of the “non-Jews” who are liable to endanger the Jewish people. This is strengthened by the leaflet “The Jewish Voice,” which is published on the Internet from Yitzhar, which comments on the book: “It is superfluous to note that nowhere in the book is it written that the statements are directed only to the ancient non-Jews.” The leaflet’s editors did not omit a stinging remark directed at the GSS, who will certainly take the trouble to get themselves a copy. “The editors suggest to the GSS that they award the prize for Israel’s security to the authors,” the leaflet states, “who gave the detectives the option of reading the summarized conclusions without any need for in-depth study of the entire book.”

One student of the Od Yosef Hai yeshiva in Yitzhar explained, from his point of view, where RabbisShapira and Elitzur got the courage to speak so freely on a subject such as the killing of non-Jews. “The rabbis aren’t afraid of prosecution because in that case, Maimonides [Rabbi Moses ben Maimon, 1135–1204] and Nahmanides [Rabbi Moses ben Nahman, 1194–1270] would have to stand trial too, and anyway, this is research on religious law,” the yeshiva student said. “In a Jewish state, nobody sits in jail for studying Torah.”

A prominent rabbi of the Iranian Jewish community has urged his congregation to burn 'The King's Torah', a controversial book, which supports the murder of non-Jews.

In his recently released book, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapiro, who heads the Od Yosef Chai Yeshiva (religious school) in the occupied West Bank, endorses the murder of non-Jews -- even babies and children -- if they pose an actual or potential threat to Israel.

The book, co-authored by Yossi Elitzur, states that Jews are allowed to kill "those who, by speech, weaken our sovereignty", adding that it is permissible "to kill the Righteous among Nations even if they are not responsible for the threatening situation."

The decree is backed by several Israeli rabbis including Yitzhak Ginsburg and Yaakov Yosef.

Shapiro claims that the Torah and Talmud fully justify his edict.

The Iranian rabbi, however, said on Monday that the book's message, in fact, directly contradicted the teachings of Moses. Rabbi Golestaninejad said the book was not based on the tenets of the Jewish faith.

One of the Ten Commandments in Exodus states "Thou shalt not murder." In the Book of Genesis, as well, murder is forbidden and it is stipulated that anyone who spills blood, must pay for his deed with the spilling of his own blood, said the rabbi, who called the edict a blatant distortion of religious teachings.

Golestaninejad said the word 'rabbi' means 'wise', so it is very unlikely that a wise person, who is responsible for teaching religion, would condone the murder of persons of other beliefs.

In a speech last week at the Anti-Defamation League's 2009 annual meeting, UN Secretary-General Ban-Ki-moon assured ADL that the UN shares its ambition of international sanctions against nations which do not enforce laws against "intolerance." (ADL is architect of hate crimes laws in nearly all nations of the western industrialized world.)

"We at the United Nations applaud…your strong stand against intolerance and extremism… your fight against racism, in general, and more particularly against anti-Semitism.

…hunger and economic hardship threaten social stability and have led to intolerance and xenophobia [suspicion of other peoples and cultures].

Such problems spill over borders. They therefore require global approaches – global solutions and global solidarity.

That is why, more and more, people are looking to the United Nations for answers…

Our Alliance of Civilizations is working to counter extremism.

This year, the General Assembly adopted another landmark resolution - this one aimed at preventing genocide and other grave crimes. I speak here of the Responsibility to Protect - the idea that sovereignty does not shield a government that cannot or will not protect its people.

Only Half the Picture

Christian/conservative authorities and media are loudly warning against the US/Egypt proposal to empower UN condemnation of nations which do not pass federal hate crimes laws. There is also very wide concern over danger to US sovereignty posed by possible ratification of the climate change treaty this December. Lord Monckton's warning against possible establishment of a nascent global government through international agreement at Copenhagen has received almost 2,000,000 viewings on YouTube.

What is not mentioned is the foundational role the Anti-Defamation League has been playing in the push for global governance and international hate crimes enforcement.

World governments are indeed awakening to the idea of a global confederation, eclipsing national sovereignty. But humanity at large remains oblivious to Jewish supremacism's 2000-year history of intrigue, particularly through dominance of international finance, governments and media, insuring ADL and organized world Jewry will be in the driver's seat of future one-world government. When this broad multiplicity of nations finally unites to fulfill the "dream" of global equality and justice, Jewish supremacism, having been its primary originator and facilitator is sure to come out on top.

Scripture says that the (Jewish) Anti-Christ "by peace shall destroy many" (Dan.8:25). This dream will turn into nightmare - bringing ruthless persecution to all who resist but especially to Judaism's ancient rival, the followers of the One they crucified, Jesus Christ.

Meanwhile, evangelical leaders, if they mention ADL at all, do so only in flattery. Pastor John Hagee, whose worldwide televised broadcasts instruct 100 million Pentecostals weekly, boasts that he has received more support and awards from ADL/B'nai B'rith than any other evangelical leader.

Last week, Dr. Richard Land, (president of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission), apologized to ADL "for comparing proposed healthcare reform measures to "what the Nazis did" and for bestowing a Josef Mengele Award on the president's chief healthcare advisor." According to ADL's thinking, the healthcare bill's intention to continue to murder possibly tens of millions of babies through taxpayer-funded abortions cannot begin to compare with the alleged murder of six million of "God's chosen people." So imbued are these Jewish racists with their Talmudically induced delusions of superiority over the lowly "goyim" that it is also considered highly inappropriate for Gentiles to compare the slaughter of over 100 million Gentiles as a result of Jewish communism to the genocide of six million Jews. Several years ago, the Southern Baptist Convention (with 16 million members) was the victim of a months' long ADL attack because it allowed its ministries to evangelize Jews. ADL is no stranger to Southern Baptist leaders. Dr. Land must surely know of ADL's 35-year record of promoting homosexuality, gay marriage, abortion, and pornography. Yet, ADL says Dr. Land "thanked the League for its efforts to combat anti-Semitism and bigotry in all forms. "Please continue to count on me as a loyal ally in that struggle," he wrote."

In the past few months there have been twelve prosecutions of trolls and goblins in the military for stealing, then selling to Al Qaeda a large number of highly classified, special hi-tech night-vision scopes and viewers. We know full-well of course, that this is only the tip of the iceberg, just the ones they couldn't hide in time. These bastards have no conscience, no patriotism, no concern for the lives of their comrades, only selfish greed, because those crazed terrorists will pay outrageous sums for gear like this. They not only supplied them with one of our best military secrets, these maggots even taught them how to use them. There are special patches worn by our boys that glow in the light of one of these scopes, so that the viewer knows not to shoot them in the dark. Now the terrorists know this, and will be faking these patches so they can get up close to our boys and kill them before they realize what hit them. Prison is too good for them, though I'm sure if you ask their pleading darkie mammas, they'll whine that "he was always a good boy and is being discriminated against cause he black!" I'm so damned SICK of that phrase that I could scream to the moon like a coyote!

I wouldn't even give them the luxury of a firing squad. Instead I'd hog-tie them and leave them sitting in the middle of a terrorist hot zone with a sign in Arabic hanging around their neck that says "Allah eats pig shit!" Let them feel the death they are causing so many of our innocent boys. Make an example out of them for all liberals and Jews to see. But that's in a perfect world. I have no doubts they'll be given light sentences because "dey black". And they say there's no discrimination....

All this evil is a DIRECT result of the "diversity" and "equality" campaign the liberals have been jamming down our throats by force for decades now. If you get any general or admiral alone and ask him what he thinks of darkies in the military, he'll spit on the floor and walk away. Answer enough...

When I was in the military in the 70's, the push to admit niggers (goblins) and wetbacks (trolls) was already beginning. Though their numbers were still relatively small due to the fact that they were waaay too stupid to pass the entrance exams. They've lowered the standards three times since then in order to squeeze them in. Now most muds in the military are functionally illiterate, unskilled, and unable to be taught, and have extensive criminal records. The white servicemen are forced, many times by direct order, to take up the slack for them.

My eldest sons' most bitter complaint about the military has always been this fact. He says that forced integration is causing the re-enlistment problem the Services are suffering because the white troops all quickly get a belly full of darkie laziness and corruption in the ranks. Most can't wait to get out. My son intended to make a career out of the military, but he told me he was forced to leave because he feared he would snap one day and kill a bunch of them. He told me that a great many have the same fear. They know they'd be crucified by the liberals if they did. Their only option was to leave the Service.

Darkies love it however. Where else can they get great pay, free meals, medical, dental, and housing, have all their chimplets paid for, order all the whites around and force them to do all your work for you? Even as far back as the 70's, niggers were promoted on the fast track to appease the liberals, Jews, and the NAACP. They were given some of the most excessive and ridiculous waivers I'd ever seen. A buck could make Master Sergeant by the time a white made Corporal. Consequently this put a ton of goblins in charge of all the white departments, where abuses ran wild.

I remember coming in the office one day to get a report sheet and seeing a dozen coons all gathered together under the air conditioner, shooting craps and oogabooging loudly. One of them looked up from the game long enough to shout, "Get to work white boy!" All the goblins busted up and started clacking their elbows and slapping their hands together in congratulation for a spiffy jab at whitey. They loved rubbing it in. Not a single goblin ever did any work. Instead it was all foisted off on the whites, though the credit was always given to the coons (deliberately to please the liberal propagandists). Whites were harassed, robbed, and even ganged up on and stomped in isolated locations for resisting or saying anything about the "system". In turn, the bucks would sneer and laugh at us for getting our butts in a sling for trying to put a stop to this evil. They'd won, and they knew it.

Since then there have been thousands of documented rape and molestation cases in as many foreign ports by the goblins and trolls, yet only a very small percentage are ever prosecuted. Most of the time the victims and their families are bought off by the government to keep the bad publicity out of the news. Trolls are just as bad, but in a different way. They steal. They are the military's biggest problem when it comes to "lost" equipment.

I personally had my locker broken into while off on assignment, and they cleaned me out of over a thousand dollars worth of dress uniforms and coats. These are sold to illegals so they can gain entrance to the bases and steal. Food is especially targeted, especially meat. There were many times when the day's menu was changed because a large shipment of meat came up "missing". Our captain was a savvy guy however, and he found a quick and easy way to put a stop to it on our particular ship, though most other commanders didn't have the sand to copy him (mind you, this was while we were in port. At sea they couldn't get to us). He started storing the bodies of the dead down in the refrigerated meat lockers (many ships transported dead servicemen to various ports for shipment home at that time, because of the refrigeration needed). He knew that muds, regardless of the shade, are extremely superstitious. They are universally terrified of the dead (must be a guilty conscience because they all know they're Hell-bound).

He pulled most of the lighting out as well, making the large freezer room a dark, creepy, cold, and foreboding dungeon of the dead. I'll never forget the time I was ordered to supervise a working party assigned to haul up several hundred pounds of steak for the nights' meal. One particularly black goblin was fine..until he spied several corpses lying in front of the meat in question. His eyes bulged out of his head so far that they looked like two soft-boiled eggs stuck in a black bowling ball. He turned and looked at me, just a "Boo!" away from shitting his pants and said, "Aaah ain't' a goin' in deeah boss! Nozzuh! Ah sho' ain't'! Dat place be fulla spooks an' zombies!" And he turned and beat feet up the stairs as fast as his long, African legs could carry him. I put him on report of course, but it was placed in "file 13" because he was black. I came within an ace of losing half the detail that time. I finally walked over to one of the dead and shook him and said. "See? I didn't get eat! The poor guy is dead, not a ghost. Now get yer asses to work!" They reluctantly did as they were ordered, though they all continued to eye the dead with apprehension, fully expecting one of them to jump up and gobble them down at any second. Muds... Damn! At least the thefts stopped.....lol.

The main trouble with placing these genetic deficients in the military is that they lack the intelligence and morals to be good soldiers and sailors. They're all lazy, dishonest, extremely stupid, selfish and aggressive, with no loyalty to anything but themselves. The liberals never miss a chance to trump up some minor incident involving a mud into some major heroic deed, showering them with medals and praise, twisting the truth into something totally unrecognizable, while the countless acts of criminal behavior are immediately swept under the rug to further their political agenda of perpetuating the Great Lie. Many foreign governments have banned niggers and wetback servicemen from visiting their ports because of the high number of thefts, rapes, and murders they commit whenever they arrive. Consequently the Navy Dept. ordered many of the ships not to even stop there, since only the whites were welcome. After all, it went completely against the liberal equality propaganda. It would never do to admit that whites were their superiors and that they were animals, unfit for civilized society.

Any parent that doesn't stop their child from joining any branch of today's military doesn't deserve to be a parent. Kids are stupid by nature. They're kids..they're supposed to be stupid! It's our job to think for them until they get enough sense to make sound decisions on their own that aren't based on emotion, hormones, or sheer stupidity. I refuse to have any child of mine risk his life defending a bunch of lowlife faggots, Jews, liberals, feminist bitches, wetbacks, niggers, and various other uninvited invaders and lowlifes. The sooner this system collapses, the better. It will jerk away the protective shield of our liberal government, making the evil among us vulnerable to our justice for the first time. I can't wait...

Until we destroy the liberal influence in this country and re-segregate our military, these problems are only going to intensify as more and more muds are recruited to fill the holes left by disgusted whites that have left the Service.

What the government flat refuses to acknowledge is the fact that whites can't stand muds of any type and do NOT want to live anywhere near them. This is what the liberal government glibly calls "white flight". Funny how they never discuss why this flight is taking place. And since our hopelessly corrupt government refuses to deal with them, and will jail or shoot any white that tries to resist, their only option is flight. They are moving out to the Northern states where there are no Welfare or Food Stamp programs and no free medical to pay for their endless brood of wetlets and chimplets. This fact helps a great deal in keeping the number of parasites to a minimum up there, though not all...

There have been quite a number if incidents where a family of wetbacks or goblins attempted to come in and get a foothold in some of the small Northwestern communities anyway, so they could prey on whitey and his daughters, and sell drugs to his kids, and generally corrupt what's left of the white culture. This has always led to the immediate and in many cases, bloody removal of these invaders. Some alive, and some dead, but all of them gone. And of course the Jews and their liberal boot licks go absolutely rabid over these incidents and try very hard to throw the book at the defenders to make an example out of them for trying to buck the Agenda. Trouble is, they can't ever find anyone that saw anything.

Seems that nobody was watching when it went down...lol. This tight sense of community has arisen because of the tight screening process of new white immigrants into these areas. Liberals and Jews are driven out with the same gusto as muds. This allows the people to trust each other once again, like we did before the Civil Rights Disaster. White liberals will turn their own kind in to the government quicker than you can say "Joys of Diversity".

Interestingly, a great majority of the counties that have been settled recently by whites, have also had all the liberals in office either ousted, voted out, or prosecuted for corruption, leaving the vacancies to be filled by white separatists. Take Idaho County, Idaho. Judges, sheriffs, police chiefs, city councilmen, county commissioners, mayors, district attorneys, and all other offices have been cleaned out and the liberals sent packing. This has put the brakes on the persecution of whites in all these areas, and made it hell on earth for any mud with the balls to try and steal from or harm any white. Needless to say I'm getting reports that the Jews and liberals in the main strongholds of liberal resistance like Boise, Portland, and Seattle are screaming bloody murder and demanding that the federal government step in. Trouble is, they have to have legal proof of a crime to prosecute any of them, and they aren't likely to get any considering that all these white governments are as clannish as the Mafia now. One man I know personally that lives in one Idaho county told me that before anyone is allowed to hold any position of authority, even school teacher, he must submit to an extensive background check. Dan told me they learned the hard way to do this. They caught several liberal plants this way, and one member of the JDL. He says he knows there's no way to find them all, but at least they can keep them out of the dangerous positions. This Movement is being taken very seriously be the enemy, and rightly so. Whites are the only thing capable of killing them.

The movement is growing as more and more whites and white families move Northward every single day. It may look as if they are running away, but who cares what those lowlifes think? Certainly not me. Whites are gathering numbers, arms, and strength. And one day they'll return to settle accounts. Not only with the muds, but the evil and corrupt government that enabled this tragedy to begin with. Justice will be served... In the meantime, the only allegiance whites owe is to their race, not this corrupt government or nation. The sooner it falls, the better... It will free us up to do what's already long overdue....

A 15 year old White boy, Michael Brewer, had rubbing alcohol thrown on him and then was set on fire by a gang of scum lead by a 15 year old nigger named Matthew Bent in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In addition to their leader Bent, were two racially dead White boys, brothers Denver, 15, and Jeremy Jarvis, 13, and a 15 year old Latrino, Jesus Mendez.

The gang held Michael down and doused him in rubbing alcohol and then set him on fire. He’s burned over 80 percent of his body and may not survive.

This attack demonstrates what White children have to look forward to as White people continue to become a minority in America and around the world. We can look at how the Negro majority has taken land from Whites in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe, and slaughtered White people across the country. Prior to White people settling the country, Rhodesia was nothing but a jungle. Now that our People created a nation, the Negroes want it and have taken it. Once White people lose their racial identity, it’s not long until they become victims of the non-White majority.

In case you don’t know, after the terror attacks of 9/11/01, there were indeed a few Americans who honestly believed that the federal government was so corrupt that it was behind and responsible for the events of September 11^th. Even though we all watched in shock, as hijacked planes flew into the twin towers, the Pentagon and a Pennsylvania field, these folks imagined that someone in Washington DC might have blown up those buildings instead.

Not that our federal government isn’t capable of such things, mind you… but they are not likely to pull off such a thing without anyone spilling the beans sooner or later.

These believers were labeled “truthers”—and were often the same folks who claimed to have seen UFOs or even to have been abducted by aliens from outer space at some point in their lives.

Most Americans passed these folks off as crackpots—mentally unstable individuals in need of help, not a seat in congress.

So when very normal people starting asking who this grand nobody from Chicago was, who appeared out of thin air with a blank résumé and a billion dollar campaign fund from donors around the globe, they were labeled “birthers” for questioning the “Natural Born Citizen” status of a mystery messiah seeking the Oval Office.

Every mainstream media outlet in America has either ignored the question, or joined the chorus of pro-Obama propagandists in discrediting “birthers” as the same crackpots known as “truthers.”

What had “birthers” done that was so over the top? They asked to see Barack Obama’s birth certificate, and to date, they have been denied that “crazy” request. In fact, multiple law suits have been filed across the country in numerous forms, simply seeking access to Obama’s personal history, and most recently, a judge has fined one of those attorney’s $20,000 for “filing frivolous law suits” on the matter.

Meanwhile, taxpayers have picked up the tab for over $1.5 MILLION in Obama legal defense fees, used to keep Obama’s birth certificate, his school and college records, his passport and travel records and his law practice files Top Secret. So far, the “transparent president” is anything but “transparent.” He is the ONLY president in US history to hide his entire past.

Now, how reasonable is Obama’s behavior, and how unreasonable is the behavior of the so-called “birther?”

Natural Born Citizen

Article II—Section I—Clause 5 of the US Constitution requires that ONLY a “natural born citizen” hold the office of President. It’s no secret what they meant or why that clause exists. It is a matter of national security.

Lets not play any games here… too many games have been played with this phrase already. It’s a very simple term that anyone with a dictionary can figure out.

Not just any ole “citizen…”

Not Native—“belonging to a particular place by birth”

Not Naturalized—“to confer the rights of a national on; especially : to admit to citizenship” (as with an immigrant)

But NATURAL—“Pertaining to nature; produced or effected by nature, or by the laws of growth, formation or motion impressed on bodies or beings by divine power.”

The US Senate got it exactly right in 2008 in their unanimous resolution proclaiming John McCain a “natural born citizen” of the Unites States of America, based upon the well-known fact that BOTH of his parents were indeed legal citizens of the United States at the time of John’s birth. In other words, by “divine power” and the “laws of growth,” “produced by nature” of the fact that his parents were US citizens, so was John McCain, by birth right via natural ancestry.

However, no such Senate resolution concerning Barack Obama exists, and the standard applied to John McCain is NOT being applied to Barack Obama.

The Birth Certificate

Obama supporters like Snopes and FactCheck claim to have a copy of Obama’s birth certificate, but they do NOT. I challenge any reader of this column to send me a certified copy of Obama’s actual birth certificate and I will gladly disclose it to the public along with a retraction of this statement.

I won’t get one, because no such document has ever been released by Obama. End of story!

Officials in Hawaii have issued their “opinion” that Obama is a “natural born citizen” of the United States. But they have thus far refused to make public the documents used to arrive at that opinion, and until they do so, their “opinion” is nothing more than inadmissible hearsay from a third party NOT present at the time of Obama’s birth, and they are therefore, unable to support such a claim.

Not one, but THREE different COLBs, (Certification of Live Birth, not to be confused with an actual birth certificate) have been posted online by Team Obama, Snopes and FactCheck. But none of the three contain any verifiable information necessary to vet the documents and since three have been offered, all must be treated as forgeries until one of them can be authenticated.

Some “birthers” believe Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii. That’s because Obama’s Kenyan relatives have stated under oath, that they were present at Obama’s birth in Kenya.

But where he was born isn’t so important. The fact that he was born to a father who was at no time a citizen of the United States, is the problem. On this basis alone, Obama is NOT a “natural born citizen” of the United States and that makes him an “unconstitutional president” at best!

Proof of Constitutional Standing

Other than the three different COLBs posted online by Obama, Snopes and FactCheck, Obama has offered NO other proof of legal US citizenship, much less “natural born” status as required by Article II of the Constitution. NONE! If you think I’m wrong, send me the proof you have!

We know that he traveled to Pakistan, among other places in the Middle East, during his college years, and that he did NOT hold a US passport at that time. We know that he received his first US passport as a “diplomat,” while he was a state senator in Illinois, which also allowed him to bypass the normal process of getting a US passport.

But because he will not open up his records, we do NOT know what passport he traveled on during those college trips to the Middle East.

We know he attended three of the most expensive colleges in the United States. But we do NOT know how he was able to pay his tuition without any job, why he changed schools, or why former Black Panther Godfather Dr. Khalid al-Mansour (aka Donald Warden, Saudi Royal Family front man) and New York Panther Percy Sutton, helped him into Harvard.

Bottom line, Obama is one great big secret mystery!

What’s the BIG Deal?

The BIG deal is national security! Like it or not, the Unites States has enemies, some of them obvious and others less overt in their strategies.

After nine months of Marxist agenda advancements at odds with most Americans, leaving Obama with record sinking approval ratings in the states, no imagination is required when wondering what damages can be done to the USA from within the halls of our corrupt federal government.

So, how crazy are those “birthers” to ask a question as basic as a birth certificate?

Standard National Security Clearance

Not only has Obama never passed any standard security clearance, he has never been asked to apply for such clearance and couldn’t pass that clearance if his life depended on it.

Yet, he is the Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America, the highest office in our land and the most powerful office in the world, without so much as a simple birth certificate to prove his eligibility for the lofty office he holds.

What if he had to pass security clearance before having access to Top Secret information, as any other American citizen would have to pass?

The security check will begin with you filling out a 17-page questionnaire. Most of the questions seek information that can be investigated, such as past residences and employment. It will also ask for contact information for people who know you. Fill out the form thoroughly and honestly. Providing false information on a U.S. security form is punishable with a fine, jail time and/or a dishonorable discharge if you are in the military.

None of this information has been made available on Barack Obama… He has filled out no such form, has no “employment history”—won’t discuss any of the people he spent twenty years hanging out with, some of whom are known terrorists, all of whom have a very funny view of America.

Next, the actual security check…

A security check involves investigation of your life, including federal records, criminal checks and credit checks. Higher level checks will also involve field interviews not only with you, but with people who know you. Investigators will be looking into your character, criminal history, emotional stability, trustworthiness, loyalty and reliability to see if you should be allowed to access confidential information, most notably national security information. Adjudicative Process

The adjudicative process is an examination of a sufficient period of a person’s life to make an affirmative determination that the person is eligible for a security clearance. Eligibility for access to classified information is predicated upon the individual meeting these personnel security guidelines. The adjudicative process is the careful weighing of a number of variables known as the whole person concept. Available, reliable information about the person, past and present, favorable and unfavorable, should be considered in reaching a determination. In evaluating the relevance of an individual’s conduct, the adjudicator should consider the following factors:
a. The nature, extent, and seriousness of the conduct;

b. The circumstances surrounding the conduct, to include knowledgeable participation;

c. The frequency and recency of the conduct;

d. The individual’s age and maturity at the time of the conduct;

e. The voluntariness of participation;

f. The presence or absence of rehabilitation and other pertinent behavioral changes;

g. The motivation for the conduct;

h. The potential for pressure, coercion, exploitation, or duress; and

i. The likelihood of continuation or recurrence.
When information of security concern becomes known about an individual who is currently eligible for access to classified information, the adjudicator should consider whether the person:
a. Voluntarily reported the information;

b. Was truthful and complete in responding to questions;

c. Sought assistance and followed professional guidance, where appropriate;

d. Resolved or appears likely to favorably resolve the security concern;

e. Has demonstrated positive changes in behavior and employment;

f. Should have his or her access temporarily suspended pending final adjudication of the information.

Maybe “birthers” are nuts! They have only asked for a simple birth certificate, which any other legal American citizen with nothing to hide would have released immediately upon request! Maybe it is “crazy” that “birthers” are only concerned with the missing birth certificate at this late date?

Most American citizens have a job, a bank account, a post office box, a driver’s license, and some even have high level security clearances. What was asked of you before you can have any of these things?

Something more than a simple birth certificate, yes?

Yet somehow, it isn’t Obama who is in trouble here, but rather those crazy “birthers” who simply want to know who in the hell this mystery messiah from Kenya is and why he is so damned anti-American, and anything but transparent?

The US citizen is becoming aware of the fact that they have an entire administration of foxes guarding their hen house and they are growing desperate in their attempts to seek peaceful redress in the courts, which are supposed to be the unbiased defenders of the Constitution and rule of law in this country.

It’s clear that neither the executive or legislative branches of the federal government represent the will of the legal US taxpayer anymore. Before we commence to “altering or abolishing” a government which has indeed become “destructive” of the individual right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, we must exhaust the peaceful means of redress established in the courts.

But it appears that we may have already arrived at this point in time, as NO court in the land believes that average American citizens have the “proper standing” to ask who in the hell this mystery man really is?

That being the case, I suppose all peaceful means of redress have been exhausted and it is time to take matters into our own hands while there is still a country left to save and a Constitution around to uphold.

Before citizens allow people who won’t even disclose a birth certificate to control life and death by way of nationalized medicine, they had better wake up and take a stand.

“whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

If it’s true that NO American court will allow the people access to peaceful redress of such a fundamental concern, then I’m afraid we have indeed arrived at the moment in history when the people are left to their own remedies.

I will NOT call for violent actions, but I sure have no hesitation in predicting that violent action is the natural result of no access to peaceful solutions. The people are tirelessly, relentlessly and patiently hoping that some court somewhere will rise to the duty of their oath to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, before the people themselves have to rise in defense of their beloved country.

If the courts continue to run interference of Obama & Co., I predict it will be a grave error of enormous proportions…

In the end, citizens of this country will demand freedom and a constitutional government. They will seek peaceful solutions first, but when all else fails, they will once again arise to the call of duty, in defense of the greatest nation ever known to mankind. For freedom to exist anywhere on earth, it must exist in the United States of America.

I sincerely pray for wisdom in the courts, before the people run out of patience.

Yesterday, the Senate Finance Committee staged two votes on
adding the "public option" to the Baucus version of ObamaCare.

I say "staged" because Senate Democrats fully expected both
amendments to fail. That was their plan. They want YOU to
think that the Senate version of ObamaCare will not include
a "public option" and therefore it's not really a government-run
system.

That's simply a lie--In fact, it couldn't be further from the truth!

The REAL truth is, ObamaCare with or without the public option
is still a massively oppressive and unconstitutional government
takeover of our healthcare system, and as citizens we cannot
support it!

But it gets worse.

Senate Democrats plan to sneak the public option back in to the
final ObamaCare bill when it moves to the Senate floor... when
there will be little time for real debate... and no scrutiny of
a Committee hearing!

So the votes yesterday were an intentional distortion to get you
and I off track -- to make us think that ObamaCare is moving to
the middle and becoming a bi-partisan bill.

But it gets worse...

This is because as bad as the "public option" is, it isn't even
the most insidious DANGER of ObamaCare.

And what is the most insidious DANGER of the entire ObamaCare
scheme? The unprecedented and unconstitutional INDIVIDUAL MANDATE.
Here's why...

+ + The Individual Mandate is UNPRECEDENTED...

According to the Congressional Budget Office:

"A mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health
insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action.
The government has never required people to buy any good
or service as a condition of lawful residence in the
United States."

Never before in U.S. History has such a federal mandate been imposed
on the people of the United States!

Why? Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional.

Let me say that again...

THE INDIVIDUAL MANDATE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

If the individual mandate is considered a "regulation" then it most
certainly is unconstitutional.

Most of the expansion of federal power of the past 90 years has
taken place through the Commerce clause of the Constitution. In
other words, if some activity impacts "commerce," Congress claims
authority to regulate.

But there is no "commerce" involved in "being" an American! As the
CBO so clearly stated, such a mandate on "lawful residence" is
unprecedented. That's because it is clearly unconstitutional!

And here's where Obama and the Democrats run into trouble because
the only way they can justify ObamaCare is to call it a tax
instead of a regulation and then claim Congressional authority
to tax.

But scholars are saying that this type of tax is likely also
unconstitutional. Plus, Obama said he "rejects the notion" that
the individual mandate is a tax, fearing his plan will lose more
support if it is exposed as a tax increase.

Finally...

+ + The Individual Mandate IS Government Takeover

With or without the so-called "public option", the Individual Mandate
means ObamaCare is a government takeover of healthcare. That's
ecause the individual mandate gives government control over the
healthcare system by giving the government the authority to FORCE
you to comply!

In fact, if you don't pay the Individual Mandate TAX, you'll face
up to a $25,000 fine or even ONE YEAR IN JAIL!

There is no escaping the government-run ObamaCare system. This is
the definition of a government takeover of healthcare!

Here's what CATO Institute says about the Individual Mandate:

"Simply making health insurance compulsory gives
government as much control over healthcare as
would a compulsory government program."

So...

A leading expert on Auschwitz on Sunday denigrated the importance of the finding of plans for the construction of the extermination camp, which was reported this weekend in the German tabloid Bild. He said the documents have been known to scholars for many years and that they were not plans to build the extermination camp of Auschwitz-Birkenau, but rather earlier plans for the building of a forced labor camp.

Prof. Robert Jan van Pelt, a internationally acknowledged expert on the planning and construction of Auschwitz, said that based on what he had seen on the Internet, there seemed to be nothing new about the documents. He was one of several scholars who expressed doubts about the significance of the Bild story.

Van Pelt, an architectural historian, said that copies of the plans of the stages of the camp's construction were also in the archive of the Polish National Museum at Auschwitz and in an archive in Moscow. He said that the source of the new copies was unclear since, according to Bild, the plans were found in an apartment in Berlin, whereas copies that were in the SS offices in Berlin were destroyed by Allied bombing in 1944. Van Pelt said he also doubted the authenticity of the signature of the SS chief, Heinrich Himmler, since such a high-ranking officer would not have signed such plans, and none of the copies he had ever seen bore such a signature.

Van Pelt also said the words "gas chamber" on one of the drawings meant a room in which disinfection of clothing was done by means of gas, and that the sketch is not of an extermination camp established in 1942, but rather of earlier plans for a huge concentration camp in which a force of 130,000 slave laborers was intended to work.

Van Pelt suggested the plans might be fakes, motivated by the lucrative market in Nazi memorabilia and documents.

Ralf Georg Reuth, the historian who wrote the piece in Bild, told Haaretz yesterday that the existence of such plans in Russian archives was known, "but German institutions have no originals, and therefore the importance of the finding of such original material is very great." Reuth would not elaborate on where and when the plans were discovered, or whether they had been submitted to experts for study.

Israeli art students show up at interesting times

(WMR) -- The way the corporate media would have it believed is that Israeli "art students" who aggressively sell cheap art door-to-door, usually at federal office buildings and the houses of government employees, are merely traveling abroad after their military service in Israel to "see the world." In fact, these "art students" are classic intelligence operatives who have appeared before and after major terrorist events and covert operations conducted by the Mossad.

WMR has learned that an Israeli art student cased the offices of an investigator of the suspicious February 26, 2004, death of Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski. Trajkovski's Beechcraft King Air 200 crashed near Stolac, Croatia, in southern Bosnia while en route to an investors' conference in Mostar.

After the crash, U.S. Ambassador to Macedonia Lawrence Butler quickly met with Nikolai Gruevski, the minister of finance in the VMRO-DPMNE government. Gruevski was an ardent supporter of denationalization, a globalist, and supporter of NATO membership for Macedonia. Prime Minister Branko Crvenkovski, although a Social Democrat, was also seen as close to the globalists.

Although Trajkovski, a Methodist minister, was also a member of the VMRO-DPMNE party he was viewed as less accommodating to international demands for privatization of state enterprises in Macedonia.

After Trajkovski and his party were killed in the plane crash, Macedonian and Bosnian authorities complained that NATO's investigation of the plane crash was secretive and the two countries' aviation authorities were kept in the dark. Many Macedonian officials were opposed to allowing the United States to investigate the crash and there was confusion about who had access to the two "black boxes" on Trajkovski's plane. NATO troops stationed in Bosnia were the first to arrive at the crash scene.

In April 2004, Crvenkovski, the pro-American, won the Macedonian presidential election. VMRO-DPMNE officials charged that there was massive ballot box stuffing in th election and refused to accept the results. The pro-U.S. Gruevski is now the prime minister of Macedonia.

Although the crash of the King Air 200 was blamed on dense fog, on Febriary 27, 2004, the Xinhua news agency reported another scenario, one that suggests terrorism: "A suspected blast occurred on board shortly before the crashed Macedonian presidential plane went lost from radar, a local Bulgarian radio reported Thursday. The report quoted Sasho Yordanovski, editor-in-chief of the Macedonian magazine Forum, as saying that there have been two versions of the cause of the tragic incident, which claimed the lives of the Macedonian president and other eight people. One version attributed the accident to bad weather conditions in the area early Thursday and the other suggested a technical failure of the 25-year-old aircraft . . . Besides the president, the victims include his councilors Dimka Ilkova-Boshkovic, Risto Blazhevski and Anita Lozanovska, foreign affairs official Mile Krastevski, two bodyguards Atse Bozhinovski and Borsi Velinov, and two pilots Marko Markovski and Branko Ivanovski."

WMR has learned that an independent firm hired to investigate the crash was not able to conduct its investigation because its private investigator received death threats if he went to the Balkans to conduct his probe. In addition, a young Israeli male "art student" showed up selling art sketches at the U.S. offices of the investigation firm. The Israeli arrogantly entered three office rooms in the facility without invitation. When asked by office workers what he was doing, he abruptly left. No other offices in the vicinity received a visit from the art student. It was later discovered that the office's surveillance camera had been disabled by an intruder.

CYBERBULLYING HEARING GOES BADLY FOR LIBERALS

The House Subcommittee hearing today on two "anti-cyberbullying" bills went very poorly for the Anti-Defamation League, architect of these bills, and their two primary sponsors, Rep. Linda Sanchez and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Sanchez sponsored the Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act, HR 1966, and Wasserman Schultz the AWARE Act (Adolescent Web Awareness Requires Education), HR 3630. AWARE is meant to facilitate the cyberbullying act's pro-homosexual educational program in America's public school system.

The hearing began with a strong statement by Rep. Louis Gohmert (the only Republican Judiciary member present) that he endured much bullying as an undersized boy and has only empathy for any young person bullied on the schoolyard or in cyberspace. Yet, he said, cyberbullying is a symptom of a larger problem of lack of values among America's youth. Such moral deficiency, he said, should be addressed on the local levels -- not by federalizing an already "overcriminalized" justice system. Gohmert said the cyberbullying bill encroaches on protected speech. "Do we need $125 million of Chinese money" (the five-year cost of AWARE) for the federal government to attempt to solve what should be dealt with through education on the grassroots level?

Sanchez and Wassermann Schultz argued that cyberbullying of teens is a national crisis that can only be solved through federal criminalization and educational funding through the Department of Justice. They were followed by Professor Robert O'Neill, veteran of 47 years of teaching Constitutional law. He thought it "worth a try," considering the seriousness of the cyberbullying problem, to broaden unprotected speech under HR 1966 to include "intentional infliction of emotional distress" through internet communication. But he felt a very high bar of truth (higher than the bill provides) should be required, to establish that real, demonstrable trauma had occurred. O'Neill was followed by Judi Westberg Warren, director of Web Wise Kids, an internet advocacy group. She supports federal funding through AWARE, plus massive private funding.

Trial lawyer and free speech authority Harvey Silverglate spoke next. In powerful and compelling language, he said the cyberbullying bill is extremely vague, impinging on free speech. In his book The Shadow University he documents how thousands of college students are already harassed and intimidated by college "speech crime" codes. He said such hate law terms as "intimidation," "emotional distress," and "harassment" are so vague they will criminalize annoying speech and deter speech which should be protected. He said true harassment is already amply protected under state and common law. The cyberbullying bill, he asserted, would criminalize existing torte law and federalize state law and so confuse citizens that they would be reluctant to say anything risky on the internet or anywhere else.

Silverglate's excellent objections were followed by commonsense reasoning from Nancy Willard, director of The Center for Safe and Responsible Internet Use, another internet advocacy organization. She said every author of a book about cyberbullying opposes HR 1966. She described the cyberbullying bill as epitomizing the "techno panic" of liberal politicians who want to pass more speech-threatening legislation before the actual problem is fully elucidated. Like Gohmert and Silverglate, she encouraged local private educational solutions. The majority of teens, she stressed, use the internet responsibly.

The last witness was John Palfrey of Harvard Law School, chair of the Internet Safety Task Force and co-author of Born Digital: Understanding the First Generation of Digital Natives. He also said the solution is not in federal criminalization of cyberbullying but lies with local educational programs, teachers and parents.

A very lively question-and-answer period ensued between Chairman Bobby Scott and these authorities. The effect of their high-level intellectual objections and agreement was to virtually exclude from the discussion Reps. Sanchez and Wassermann Schultz, sponsors of the bills. Even federal hate bill supporter Scott expressed repeated concern that the cyberbullying bill, in its present configuration, falls short of passing Constitutional muster.

In fact, Professor O'Neillwho initially favored the billby the end clearly agreed that the Megan Meier cyberbullying bill, HR 1966, lacks legislative viability.

We Changed History!

Today's hearing was clearly a victory for free speech, made possible by divine intervention and YOUR phone calls this week, which lit a fire under Judiciary Republicans. Especially important were your last-minute warnings against AWARE and its danger as the educational "enforcer" of the cyberbullying bill throughout America's public education over the next five years. Calls were heavy against all four new hate bills on Monday. Such calling has continued, especially against AWARE; it has saturated offices such as that of Rep. Judiciary minority head Lamar Smith.

Without your intense activism in response to my weekend emergency alert, this hearing might have ended as dismally as the ENDA hearing last week in the Committee on Education and Labor, with only one Republican speaking out against it. But several days of vigorous encouragement undoubtedly stimulated Gohmert and the Republicans to marshal opposition and summon favored expert witnesses. For a change, advocates of free speech were on the offensive!

This very encouraging development dovetails with possible abandonment of the previously scheduled Safe Schools Improvement Act, HR 2262, which would criminalize "persistent or persuasive" criticism of homosexuality in the public schools as "violence." It may be that ADL concocted AWARE, introduced last Wednesday to deliver pro-homosexual indoctrination in a less threatening way. But after today, AWARE also may be in trouble.

Will HR 1966 and HR 3630 continue forward to markup? Probably. But the precedent established by today's rout of the Democrats may give Republicans opportunity to demand significant compromises that could water down or even largely neutralize HR 1966's threat to free speech.

The U.S. Forest Service has banned the name of Jesus from decorations being assembled by children in Arizona for a blue spruce from the state that will become the Capitol Christmas Tree this year, and a legal firm is challenging the censorship.

"Banning Christmas from the Capitol Christmas tree is just absurd. Christian students shouldn't be discriminated against for expressing their religious beliefs," said Jonathan Scruggs, litigation staff counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund.

"The First Amendment does not allow government officials to exclude schoolchildren's ornaments for the capitol's Christmas tree merely because they communicate a religious viewpoint," he said yesterday.

The organization has sent a letter to state and federal officials, including Arizona Gov. Janice Brewer, who are supervising the program, calling on them to stop enforcement of the prohibition.

ADF set a deadline for response of Oct. 4, the day before all the ornaments must be turned in.

The legal organization said one criterion states: "Ornaments cannot reflect a religious or political theme. Instead, share your interpretation of our theme 'Arizona's gift, from the Grand Canyon State."

But a mother whose child wanted to submit ornaments with holiday themes such as "Happy Birthday, Jesus," "Merry Christmas" and a manger scene raised her concern with ADF.

"[The child] desires to convey a message about Arizona from his religious perspective via Christmas ornaments. It is well established that expression of religious beliefs is protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution," the ADF letter said. "Religious expression is speech and is entitled to the same level of protection as other kinds of speech.

"The Supreme Court has consistently condemned viewpoint discrimination regardless where it occurs," the letter continued. "Viewpoint discrimination is an 'egregious' form of discrimination that occurs '[w]hen the government targets not subject matter, but particular views taken by speakers on a subject.'

"When the government excludes speech from a forum on an otherwise includible subject because of its perspective, it engages in viewpoint discrimination," the letter said. "Here, there is little question that government officials have opened up a forum for speech on a particular topic – the topic of Arizona – yet have singled out and forbidden religious viewpoints about this topic. … thus, while children may submit ornaments about Arizona from all different viewpoints – whether from different historical or cultural or geographical or economic

perspectives – these children may not submit an ornament about Arizona from a religious perspective."

The ADF demands that the restriction be rescinded or the family "will be forced to take legal action to protect her child's First Amendment rights."

Those in charge of the program, including Capitol Christmas Tree Coordinator Richard Davalos in the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, did not return WND messages asking for comment.

A public information officer for the forests promised to research the issue.

The ADF said the tree itself is an 85-foot blue spruce that will be chopped down and hauled to Washington. Four thousand of the ornaments will be on the tree itself, and 1,000 will be displayed at other locations.

The Forest Service ornament program specifies ornaments need to be 9-12 inches tall, able to withstand winter weather for three weeks, include a loop of wire for hanging, and be able to be seen 75 feet away.

Also, "Ornament designs may not reflect religious or political themes."

A public interest law firm has launched a new attack on what it calls an "anti-Christmas virus" evidenced by a school district that banned even traditional Christmas tunes.

The Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Thomas More Law Center says its lawyers filed a brief in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia in a case challenging a New Jersey district's ban on the melodies.

"As so often is the case," the firm said, "a complaint from one parent resulted in the district's policy that banned the playing of all Christmas music, including simple instrumentals without words."

The case dates from more than four years ago, when the issue arose at the South Orange-Maplewood School District.

WND earlier reported on the case brought on behalf of Michael Stratechuk and his two children, who are students in the New Jersey district.

The district had decreed that performances would be limited to selections such as "Winter Wonderland" and "Frosty the Snowman," with a complete ban on tuns about Jesus and even Santa Claus.

The high school's brass ensemble had to rebuild its repertoire, the Martin Luther King Gospel Choir was ordered not to perform and "printed programs" were edited to remove any "graphics which refer to the holidays, such as Christmas trees."

Just a year before the policy was imposed, the school district's holiday concert had featured "Joy to the World," "O Come All Ye Faithful," and "Silent Night.'

The policy to cleanse the religious holiday of religious music was imposed after a closed-session meeting.

The Center's brief says the ban "conveys the impermissible, government-sponsored message of disapproval of and hostility toward religion in violation of the Establishment Clause, and it deprives the students of the school district the right to receive information and ideas, an inherent corollary of their First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and academic freedom."

"This anti-religious policy is yet another example of the militant hostility that many public schools have towards Christians and Christmas," said Richard Thompson, president and chief counsel of the Law Center.

"Traditional Christmas music has long echoed in the halls and auditoriums of our nation's public schools, reflecting our national celebration of this holiday season," he continued. "Unfortunately, our recent history has not been so favorable to this holiday and its traditions. Even the word 'Christmas' itself is becoming a forbidden expression – a casualty to the forces of political correctness that consider it enlightened, if not outright fashionable, to remove all traces of religion from the public domain.

"If we do not stop these policies now, it is likely that they will continue to spread across our nation like an anti-Christian virus. This is an important case; it will likely decide the fate of one of our most cherished traditions," he said.

Robert Muise is the Law Center attorney handling the case.

He said, "Christmas is a national holiday, and religious music in the public schools is one of the rich traditions of this season. Those that are hostile to these traditions hide behind the mantle of 'tolerance,' only to promote intolerance. Indeed, we learn to understand and respect traditions, customs, and beliefs not by being offended or threatened by the traditions of others, but by understanding the meaning of such traditions and why they have the capacity to inspire."

revealed his role as a top al Qaeda leader.
Adam Gadahn, who disappeared from California seven years ago, appeared unmasked
on an al Qaeda tape made public on the internet today.Â
As previously reported by ABC News, the FBI had concluded that the masked man
was Gadahn based on voice analysis of previous al Qaeda tapes.Â On today's
tape, Gadahn is bearded, wearing a turban.
He denounces U.S. soldiers in Iraq and their alleged murder and rapes of Iraqi

"Who are the real terrorists?" Gadahn asks.

Gadahn also says, "It's hard to imagine that any compassionate person could see

committed suicide. Despite having seen signs in the windows that said victims
were bleeding to death 2 hours earlier, this was the fastest they went into

Parent's lawsuits contend that police may have shot innocent students. According
to the sheriff's report, twelve officers fired a total of 141 times at Columbine
that day. Three Denver SWAT veterans fired 105 of those rounds.

with bombs into the school. A teenager was also seen with Harris and Klebold in
the parking lot. Klebold's black BMW was seen 40 minutes before the shooting

Police believe that, while there may have been others with prior knowledge of
the shooting, Harris and Klebold were the only shooters.

Your chief commanders will guide you through their IDF 'solutions' for the Palestinians. At the end of the day, it is your army that surrounds Palestinians with barbed-wire, it is you who keep civilian populations in a siege with inadequate food supplies and medicine. However, it is almost amusing to see PM Netanyahu rushing to defend the Zionist holocaust narrative. Looking at Netanyahu presenting the protocol of the Wannsee conference to the UN assembly gives a clear impression that the Israeli PM believes that the Shoa needs an urgent pump of credibility. For the first time, the Shoa is on the defence.

"Here is a copy of the plans for Auschwitz-Birkenau, where one million Jews were murdered. Is this too a lie?" asks the Israeli PM.

PM Netanyahu, may I suggest to you that not a single humanist cares about the exact numbers: whether it was one or four millions Jews who died in Auschwitz, no one doubts that the camp was a horrible place. Yet, two questions must be answered once and for all: how is it that the Jews, who suffered so much during that war, managed to get themselves involved in a colossal racist crime against the Palestinians (1948 Nakba) just three years after the liberation of Auschwitz? How is it that the Israeli leadership, that happens to be so sensitive to Jewish suffering, manages to neglect the pain they inflict on millions of Palestinians?

Supremacy and Beyond

As a National movement, Zionism fails to respect other national and popular movements. Seemingly Netanyahu fails to respect the Iranian people and their regime. "Wherever they can, they impose a backward regimented society where women, minorities, gays or anyone not deemed to be a true believer is brutally subjugated." Netanyahu, must know that the Judaic law is not very different from Islam on these matters. He must also remember that it is in his country that gays were murdered in the street just a month ago. It is almost amusing that Netanyahu chooses to equate Iran with Barbarism and the Middle Ages for its treatment of minorities. As far as minorities are concerned, the Jewish state is actually the darkest place on this planet. In Netanyahu's promised land half of the population cannot participate in the democratic game just for failing to be Jewish.

Israel according to Netanyahu is the embodiment of Western modernity.

"We (the Westerners) will crack the genetic code. We will cure the incurable. We will lengthen our lives. We will find a cheap alternative to fossil fuels and clean up the planet. I am proud that my country Israel is at the forefront of these advances." I must admit that I am not at all overwhelmed by Israeli scientific or technological achievements. Nor have I ever seen any evidence of Israeli attempts to save humanity or even the planet. In fact all I see is quite the opposite. However, if Netanyahu welcomes scientific progress, he should be the first to rally for the Iranian nuclear project. As we all know, this doesn't seem to be the case. He, for some reason, thinks that, at least regionally, nuclear energy and weapons must remain Jew only property.

Netanyahu argues that "if the most primitive fanaticism can acquire the most deadly weapons, the march of history could be reversed for a time." Netanyahu may well be correct but one should point out to him that the above applies to Israel more than any other country, state or society. For the time being it is the Jewish State that has been caught pouring WMD on its imprisoned civilian population. It is the Jewish State that is dragging us all into an 'eye for an eye' primitive Biblical fanaticism. As if this is not enough, it is also America and Britain that launched illegal wars orchestrated by Zionist led Neocons and fundraisers. This war has cost more than one million lives so far.

However, for once I agree with Netanyhau:

"The greatest threat facing the world today", he says, "is the marriage between religious fanaticism and the weapons of mass destruction."

In fact, no one could describe the danger posed by the Jewish state and Zionism any better. Year after year, as these missiles were deliberately hurled at our civilians, not a single UN resolution was passed condemning those criminal attacks." I guess that someone should remind the Israeli PM that the dispute between Hamas and Israel is not exactly an international quarrel, for Palestine is not a sovereign state and Gaza is nothing less than an Israeli-run concentration camp. In other words, the practicality of the matter is simple. The UN should only deal with war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by Israel, its leadership and its army. It is not down to the UN to pass any kind of judgment on the oppressed.

It doesn't take long before Netanyahu lists his ideological mentors and the core of his lethal inspiration "When the Nazis rocketed British cities during World War II" Actually the allies levelled German cities, causing hundreds of thousands of victims By these twisted standards, the UN Human Rights Council would have dragged Roosevelt and Churchill to the dock as war criminals. What a perversion of truth. What a perversion of justice. Delegates of the United Nations, will you accept this farce?"

Netanyahu is almost correct. In his recounting of the 2nd WW he surely admits here that Israel follows Roosevelt's and Churchill's mass murder tactics. But he surely fails to realise that if it was indeed down to ethics and Justice (rather than the usual dirty politics) Roosevelt and Churchill would have been charged with war crimes on a most severe scale. Shockingly enough, Netanyahu falls into the most obvious legal trap equating Israeli activity with acts of carpet bombardment on a huge scale. For those who fail to see it all, this is a rapidly blinking red light hazard. In Netanyahu's perception of reality nuking countries and flattening towns is a justifiable act. Roosevelt and Churchill seem to be his moral entitlement. By now, the Israeli PM is ready to state his Judeo centric peace mantra. "Ladies and Gentlemen, all of Israel wants peace". Yet as far as statistics are concerned, we have recently learned that 94% of the Israeli Jews also approved the carpet bombardment of their next door neighbours. It is impossible not to see a clear discrepancy between the 'peace loving' verbalism and the murderous reality.

"We ask the Palestinians to finally do what they have refused to do for 62 years: Say yes to a Jewish state." Once again, I happen to agree with PM Netanyahu. The Palestinian may as well say YES to a Jewish state, but not in Palestine or in the Middle East. If Obama, Brown, Merkel or any other deluded world leader who is still insisting to approve the validity or necessity of a racially orientated 'Jewish national homeland', he or she is more than welcome to allocate land to such a project within his or her own territory. Palestinians should say NO to a Jewish state in the Holy Land or in the region. Palestinians should never agree to the existence of a Jewish state on their land. In fact the UN must follow this line and do whatever it can to dismantle this evil apartheid regime.

To a certain extent, Netanyahu's UN speech expresses some deep concerns Jews tend to keep to themselves. Think back to a time when life was easier and you had fewer responsibilities.
Maybe you had to muster up the energy to cram for finals in between the keggers
and the road trips. That part-time job at the local T.G.I.Fridays had to have
been a real bitch, also. Especially when you had to miss a night out with the
friends in lieu of passing out corporate slop food to a bunch of people in
mid-life crisis who don't tip for crap.

Aahh yes, the trials and tribulations of being young. But, hey, do you remember
that feeling of being young and in love? Damn if someone could bottle that and
sell it, I know I would buy it instead of my usual pint of Jack Daniels. The
magic and the innocence, the happiness and wonder that is shared between two
people prior to becoming jaded by a world that becomes more and more saddening
and sickening as one gets older. Young love, nothing like it.

Christopher Newsom, 23 and Channon Christian, 21 were young and in love. Channon
and Christopher, both college students had just begun dating in November 2006.
Channon was employed as a Medical Assistant and was a Senior at the University
of Tennessee, majoring in Sociology. She loved helping people and truly believed
that people were in essence, good by nature. Christopher was also a student at
the University and was described as a talented athlete, especially when playing
baseball. Both Christopher and Channon had bright futures ahead of them with
limitless possibilities. They were not into drugs; they called their parents
when they were running late. They were just good kids, you know?

Being young and in love, Channon and Christopher did what most people in their
situation do in our society when smitten with one another- they went on dates.
They shared meals, watched movies, and hung out with mutual friends.
Unfortunately, on January 6th, 2007, what began as a casual Saturday date
between the two manifested into a horrific nightmare that would leave
Christopher and Channon tortured, mutilated, and ultimately dead. The horrors
that were to meet these two young, promising individuals were so vile and evil
that I cannot fathom what would make another human think that it is okay to
commit such atrocities against another living being. No excuses, dope or
insanity could make me understand why. Read with caution. Not for the faint of
heart.

After Christopher and Channon went out to dinner, Channon called her Mother at
approximately 12:30 am to let her know that she would be home later than she had
promised because she and Christopher were planning on visiting some friends off
of Washington Pike. They were planning on watching movies and hanging out.
Channon told her Mother she loved her and neither one of the two suspected that
this would be the last conversation which they would share. Channon and
Christopher never made it to their friend's house. Instead, they met up with a
hideous bunch of human scum that makes the "Devils Rejects" look like the "Get
Along Gang".

By all accounts, the young couple was driving in Channon's Toyota 4-Runner when
they were carjacked at gunpoint by Lamaricus Davidson, his brother, Letalvis
Cobbins, and their friend, George Thomas. All career criminals, these douche
bags would later report to authorities that they intended to car jack the
couple, but later, their plans changed, evolving into something more hellacious
and sinister. Davidson, the reported "ringleader" of the group was a convicted
felon who had previously done time for aggravated assault and armed robbery.

The group didn't take Channon's car. Instead, they decided to bound, gag, and
force the young couple into their vehicle at gunpoint. They then drove
Christopher and Channon to Davidson's and Cobbins' rented home located at 2316
Chipman Street. At the home, the group was then joined by Cobbin's fugly and
nasty girlfriend, Vanessa Coleman and card-carrying loser, Eric Boyd.

According to court statements, while Channon was subdued, she was forced to
watch as Davidson, Cobbins, Thomas, and even Coleman took turns raping
Christopher prison style for several hours. Some accounts indicate that
Christopher's penis was brutally severed by the group, but this turned out to be
untrue. Medical Examiners stated that Christopher, barefoot, was then dragged
outside the house to nearby railroad tracks where his clothing was doused with
gasoline and he was set on fire. Christopher was then shot multiple times in the
back, neck, and head. The group left his dead body on the railroad tracks.

With Christopher gone, the group of toilet scum then focused on Channon, who
probably could not have anticipated the horrors which she, herself was about to
face for the next few days. Yes, days.

From the early hours of Sunday morning until Tuesday, Channon was savagely raped
and sexually tortured by the group. They took turns raping her vaginally,
orally, and anally, assaulting her with foreign objects repeatedly, causing
injuries so extensive that they were classified as mutilations by the Medical
Examiner. According to the County Coroner, "Channon suffered extensive injuries
in the genital region and mouth, including the tearing of the membrane that
connected her lips to her gums." Some reports indicate that one of Channon's
breasts was cut off, also. Again, not true. To add to the degradation, the group
then took turns urinating on Channon, probably as she begged for her young life
to be spared.

According to court documentation, Channon, at some point was forced to drink
bleach while still alive because her assailants wanted to get rid of any DNA
evidence that would incriminate them. Channon was then hog tied with strips of
curtain and bedding. Her face was tightly covered with a small trash bag and
while still alive, her body was shoved into larger trash bags and placed in a
trash receptacle inside of the kitchen. According to the Coroner:

"It was a slow asphyxia death….my conclusion was she actually died in the trash
can."

For several days while Channon was being tortured and raped, several individuals
came and went from this residence. Several of these individuals, like Davidson's
girlfriend, Daphne Sutton, stated that they had no knowledge of the crimes which
were being committed against Channon, who was being held in the bathroom.

Reports indicate that Davidson, being the hopeless romantic that he was, gave
his girlfriend, Sutton, Channon's jewelry as a "gift". Sutton was reported to
have been prancing around in Channon's jewelry at the home on Sunday. Of course,
later on when investigators became involved and identified the "gifts" as stolen
items belonging to Channon, Sutton swiftly turned them over to authorities
because she wanted to do the right thing. What a great person, huh?

After Channon's parents did not hear from their daughter, they filed a missing
persons report Sunday, and urged Christopher's family to do the same. Before the
ink could dry on the missing persons report, Christopher's body was found
alongside railroad tracks between Ninth and Cherry Street by a railway worker.
Channon's parents continued their search for their daughter and with the
assistance of her mobile carrier, on Monday, they were able to locate her
abandoned 4 Runner on Glider Avenue, moments away from the Chipman home where
she continued to be tortured and raped. Now, I know that I am not part of the
FBI's Behavioral Science unit or anything like that, but it seems to me that if
the car was abandoned, no one was interested in the car. That then leads me to
believe that Davidson, Cobbins, and Thomas from the get go, planned to abduct,
rob, rape, and murder the young couple.

Anyhow, Investigators were able to pull a fingerprint from the 4 Runner off an
envelope found inside the vehicle. In a short amount of time, they were able to
identify the fingerprint as belonging to Davidson. Tuesday morning, a search
warrant was obtained and investigators arrived at the Chipman residence to
discover Channon's dead body, wrapped in plastic bags, still located in a trash
can in the kitchen. None of the perpetrators were present at the time which the
warrant was served. Police began an active search, naming Davidson and Cobbins
as "persons of interest".

On Thursday morning, authorities in Kentucky located Cobbins and Thomas hiding
out like cowards in a residence located in the City of Lebanon. They were taken
into custody. Davidson and Boyd knew that the police were after them, so they
broke into an abandoned home a short distance away from the Chipman residence.
They hid out at that location that day, avoiding authorities. It was not until
Boyd was running the bitch errand of getting food for Davidson that he was
stopped by Officers and began singing like a little bird.

Less than one hour later, Davidson was in custody. Initially, Coleman was
identified as a witness to the brutal tortures and murders of Channon and
Christopher, but her special group of "friends" quickly turned on her, naming
her as an active participant in the slaying of the two young lovers. This
resulted in Coleman's apprehension and indictment along with the rest of them.

To date, Eric Boyd has been the only one to face trial, and was found guilty in
April 2008 as an accessory to murder. Specifically, for his role in aiding
Davidson in his efforts to evade authorities. Boyd received a whopping sentence
of eighteen years. Just to show you how compassionate Boyd was, throughout the
trial, he was spotted taunting and antagonizing Channon and Christopher's family
members, smiling and laughing in their faces at their gut-wrenching loss and
sorrow.

As for the others, their respective Attorneys have done a stellar bang up job at
postponing and delaying their trials for almost two years. Of course, they want
to ensure that the accused receive the utmost levels of justice and fairness
this system has to offer. How comes it seems that this concept of fairness and
justice is reserved solely for the pieces of shit who commit such horrendous
crimes while the victims families continue to suffer?

Lemaricus Davidson, George Thomas, and Leviticus Cobbins, have been indicted
with forty-six separate charges for their roles in the torture, robbery, rape,
and murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Vanessa Coleman is being
charged with forty separate charges, similar to those of Davidson, Thomas, and
Cobbins, minus charges of car jacking.

It should be mentioned that there has been a great deal of controversy
surrounding this case in the media and people from various groups who serve to
propagate their own agendas have twisted and perverted the facts, losing sight
of the real issues at hand. I am not even going to justify some of the crap that
I have read associated with this story, as it is agenda-based, slanderous, and
completely superfluous to the real issues at hand.

Plain and simple, the truth here is that two young and innocent people were
tortured, violated, degraded, and ultimately murdered by a group of vile,
sickening, law breaking convicted criminals who should have already been behind
bars for their previous acts against humanity. Two people who should have
enjoyed their lives, their new found love, and all that the world offers to
those who are young and idealistic.

Channon and Christopher should have seen their graduations from the University
as a reward for their efforts. I bet none of those pieces of shit responsible
for this senseless crime could even spell University, let alone know what it is
like to be accepted into one. Cheap shot, maybe. What ultimately pisses me off
is that these criminals displayed such an overt sense of entitlement that they
felt that it was fine to savage, rob, rape, and murder two individuals who were
better people than them, smarter people than them, and deserved to live their
lives more than them.

Davidson, Cobbins, Thomas, Coleman, and Boyd are completely void of all that is
decent, humane, or right. And, as for the numerous people who came and went from
the Chipman residence while Channon was being tortured and raped, fuck them too.
They should have stood up for what was right. All of the people involved could
have done something to stop these crimes. They are all responsible for Channon
and Christopher's untimely deaths. All of the people that were involved in any
capacity with this crime possessed free will, just like you or I. They all had
the power to do what was right at anytime. They chose not to. Or, maybe they
were incapable of doing so, who knows.

Ultimately, this collection of septic scum are proof that hell does exist on
earth. My heart goes out to Channon and Christopher's families, I can't say it
enough. Stay strong for the memories of your children and may you find some
sense of closure and semblance of peace.

That has a price tag.

Now at the risk of picking at on old scab, let's not forget IT WAS YOU WHO

A private activist organization apparently is picking up where the federal government left off when the Department of Homeland Security issued its "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" warning that returning veterans and people in a long list of other categories were potential terrorists.

Only the new warning, delivered recently to police officers, sheriffs and other law enforcement personnel across the country, is lumping those dedicated to the constitutional principles on which the nation was founded together with crazed killers.

The fall 2009 "Intelligence Report" was issued recently by the Southern Poverty Law Center, where officials confirmed to WND it was published specifically for and delivered to law enforcement personnel across the nation. The SPLC did not respond to a WND request for other comment

But the article groups members of various organizations such as Oathkeepers – whose mainly military and law enforcement members pledge to uphold their constitutional duties, including the duty to question and refuse what appear to be illegitimate orders – with a man "said to be interested in joining a militia" who is accused of killing two deputies in Florida.

"The situation has many authorities worried," the report to police officers says. "Militiamen, white supremacists, anti-Semites, nativists, tax protesters and a range of other activists of the radical right are cross-pollinating and may even be coalescing."

Garbage, says a supporter of the individual rights of gun ownership contained in the Second Amendment.

Mike Vanderboegh is with the Sipsey Street Irregulars, who describe themselves as among the 3 percent as in: "During the American revolution, the active forces in the field against the King's tyranny never amounted to more than 3 percent of the colonists."

The SPLC "are conflation experts," he told WND. "They have a pot and they throw everyone in it in an attempt to tar the rest of us with the racists and terrorists they throw in there."

He said the largest number of active members of various "militias" are constitutionalists, libertarians and conservatives who simply fear the government's swift advances toward federal ownership of banks and auto companies, intervention in personal rights such as health care and obstruction of constitutional provisions with gun regulations.

Only the minority are focused on conspiracy theories and the like, he said.

He said, for example, he was at the Oathkeepers April ceremony in Lexington, and the members with no significant exceptions were highly decorated and long-term serving military members and police. The group's principles include statements they will uphold their oath to support the Constitution.

"What I saw there was quintessentially America," he said.

The warning from the SPLC echoes the alarmism from the earlier federal report. WND has posted the report online.

It warned of potential terrorism threats from those who:

Oppose abortion

Are returning veterans

Oppose same-sex marriage

Oppose restrictions on firearms

Oppose lax immigration laws

Oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship, and the expansion of social programs

Oppose continuation of free trade agreements

Are suspect of foreign regimes

Fear Communist regimes

Oppose a "one world" government

Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world

Are upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India, and more

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano later apologized to veterans for including them in the list but not to other groups of people, not even when WND also reported later that the "extremism" report was confirmed to have been based on Internet "chatter."

Under the headline "Going Feral," the SPLC warning to police quotes personalities such as Fox News host Glenn Beck, U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann and actor Chuck Norris.

"It's like Thomas Jefferson said, a revolution every now and then is a good thing. We are at the point ... of revolution. And by that, what I mean [is] an orderly revolution, where the people of this country wake up and get up and make a decision that this is not going to happen on their watch," the warning quoted Bachmann, R-Minn., saying.

Norris, in a WND column in March, wrote, "How much more will Americans take? When will enough be enough? And, when that time comes, will our leaders finally listen or will history need to record a second American Revolution?"

Beck's "threat" was, "If this country starts to spiral out of control and, you know, and Mexico melts down or whatever, if it really starts to spiral out of control … Americans … just won't stand for it. There will be parts of the country that will rise up."

In a later column, Norris addressed the issue in a discussion of the 9/12 rally in Washington, where hundreds of thousands of people assembled to protest uncontrolled spending by government and its interference in individual lives.

"On Sept. 12, 2002, we sought to protect our nation against terrorists from without. Beginning on Sept. 12, 2009, we are seeking to protect our nation against enemies of our republic from within. Many of us are protesting the present political direction of Washington. Outrageous borrowing, excessive bailouts, massive spending, speedball stimulus plans … swings toward socialism are just a few of things that were protested that day. Of course, economics is far from America's only problem, as large as it appears to loom," Norris wrote.

"I want to emphasize: this revolutionary movement is not solely an independent, Republican or Democrat fight. It represents patriots fed up against modernists who seek to overturn almost every principle and tenet laid down by our country's founders at the inception of our republic. From the East Coast to the 'Left Coast,' America seems to be moving further and further from its founders' vision and government," he said.

A column by gun rights author David Codrea said, "SPLC's Larry Keller asserts they are 'particularly worrisome.' A fair question might be 'why' or 'to whom?' It's not like they're associated with anything other than patriotism, in spite of his attempts to insinuate racist ties."

Codrea said a militia was important enough for the Founding Fathers to declare them "necessary to the security of a free state."

The terror theme also was raised recently by Democrats. WND reported when an "Organizing for America" campaign document outlined a plan to have activists telephone their state's senators Sept. 11 to demand a "public option," which critics say would lead to a government health-care monopoly.

Bobby Eberle, posting on a Republican Party site called The Loft, said Obama "and his team have no limits on what they will do or say in order to inject socialist views into the minds of Americans."

"They also have absolutely no respect or appreciation for the American way and the sacrifices Americans have made in order to stay free and to promote the American way of life across the globe. Just take the latest effort being pitched at BarackObama.com. Rather than remembering the Americans who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, Obama's political team wants you to make phone calls on 9/11 to fight back against 'Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists,'" Eberle wrote.

The OFA plan said, "All 50 states are coordinating in this – as we fight back against our own Right-Wing Domestic Terrorists who are subverting the American Democratic Process, whipped to a frenzy by their Fox Propaganda Network ceaselessly reseizing power for their treacherous leaders."

Shortly after the "extremism" report was released, WND reported, the Department of Defense was describing protesters as "low-level terrorists."

WND later reported when the DoD eventually withdrew a training manual question that linked protesters across the U.S. to terrorism.

The Thomas More Law Center has filed a lawsuit against Napolitano and the DHS on behalf of nationally syndicated conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage, Gregg Cunningham of the pro-life organization Center for Bio-Ethical Reform Inc. and Iraqi War Marine veteran Kevin Murray.

The lawsuit alleges the federal agency violated the First and Fifth Amendment constitutional rights of the three plaintiffs by targeting them for disfavored treatment and chilling their free speech, expressive association and equal protection rights. The lawsuit further claims DHS encouraged law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs.
